I’ve worked in fast food/ drive thru service for 5 years and I’ve never had a worse experience than at this Dunkin. Every time I order from this Dunkin is is absolute garbage. Sometimes I even receive my coffee without coffee just milk?!?!? I’ve gotten to the window after paying and I’ve had to repeat my entire order because the employees don’t even know what they are making, although I had already paid for it so you would think the order would be somewhere right? There is only one girl there who makes my drinks perfect every time but I just know she is overworked and not always there. Today I waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes without my order being taken, while I could hear everybody talking over the headsets because they couldn’t even bother to turn them off. I left. I have given this Dunkin so many chances but I am officially just turned off.

My husband and I walked to this location. The front door was locked, so we went to the side door. The inside was dirty. Tables were not wiped down. I got a bottled Pepsi and my husband got a coffee. We had to switch the Pepsi because the first one was expired. It is a shame as it is the closest one to my house, but we won’t be going there anymore.

Staff seems to not be able to read or understand the order slips from the mobile app. I have had to drive back to fix my order everytime for the last 6 weeks. It’s always the same girl making the food and she always is asking what is supposed to be on it when I return to fix the order. If they can’t read or understand the slips whether it be from not being familiar with English or they just dont care, they shouldnt be working there.

Went through the drive thru and it took me about 5 minutes to order 2 simple drinks. I had to repeat myself numerous times, and the lady could barely understand what I was ordering. To top it all off, the coffees were TERRIBLE.

We were at the drive through window for 5 minutes with no service. I put in a mobile order and then waited in line for 15 minutes before leaving because I thought I could quickly pick coffee in between a wedding ceremony and reception (I was the maid of honor). I was wrong. Dunkin has not refunded me for the coffees I paid for either.

Worst Dunkin in Hamilton. Always messes up simple orders consistently… doesn’t matter the day of the week or time. Would give 0 stars if possible. Today specifically, paid for a medium iced coffee and they gave me a small. The cup even had a sticker that said it was supposed to be a medium. I’ve ordered certain flavored coffees before and they have given me something totally different. I try to give them chances because it is the closest Dunkin to me but no more. Happens too often.

CHECK UR MACHINE.. Got my drink and found SHREDDED PLASTIC in it. along with one large piece. Coffee had toppings in it so I’m worried I didn’t notice right away an ingested plastic shredding. Throat feels scratched and hurting.. feel like there is pieces stuck in back of throat… PLEASE CHECK MACHINES

No one was in line. The woman taking the order kept telling me to hold on. Ordered 3 turkey sausages egg and cheese on croissants. Ended up getting three very old egg and cheese croissants also ordered a half a dozen donuts which looked old and not even edible. Went back and asked for a refund and showed them my receipt that they charged me for the three sandwiches with sausage but they didn’t have sausage and they continued to argue with me. I had previously bad experience there and I thought it was just a bad day so I was willing to give them a second try and they even screwed that up. I will never ever go back to that Dunkin especially with how rude and ignorant they are.

Went to this Dunkin today, no one responded at the drive thru so I drove up to the window and waited for ever until the person in front of me got their order filled (it took a while!). After they pulled out of the drive thru I was able to leave. Another person was behind me in the drive thru getting no service at all. So I left and went to another Dunkin closer to home.
