This is a great place, I’m not a big fan of grateful Dead but it is a grateful Dead place. It’s not heavy on the grateful Dead atmosphere thank god. I do love Jerry Garcia just saying.
But this is amazing food and stupid good pizza. So if you like that and good people this is a great place. However it is a little costly which I wish they would add in their rankings. But they usually do a good job letting you know anyway.
Anyway the secret here is the dough it is amazing it is a soft French bread imitation sourdough. People have been wondering how they do it without a start, other people think they use a sour cream they make themselves. Chances are they have a shower start they mixed with the sour cream, I digress.
Anyway it doesn’t matter it is bomb food and you’ll love it. I suggest if you’re a vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free you check out their gluten-free crust it is also great. Even though costly.
And they’re roasted garlic pizza is stupid good. Such an unassuming name, it’s probably the best pizza on the menu I believe it’s a take on a margarita and I’m omnivore eater with fresh basil, artichoke hearts and feta (I’m super picky about this cheese doesn’t go with everything) a light sauce. The only way it could be better is if they put fresh tomato on top, but I’ve still never altered it because it’s that good. LOL
It is amazing. (I usually like combinations that mix veggies and meats.) You should Enjoy.

The Crust. It’s the best crust in Medford and the staff is great. Very chill atmosphere and centrally located. I really love this place for its lunch special. Just a really well run, local pizza place. Expensive, but whatever, it’s local and GOOD!

Had a salad, roasted garlic and the Peter Griffin Pizza. Very tasty and filling. Would definitely dine here with my family or colleagues.
Ranch had too much dill for my tastes but good nonetheless.

All I can say is wow! How come it took us so long to try Kaleidoscope. Absolutely amazing food, the service was the best. The outdoor seating was perfect. We got the Ashland pizza cut in big slices. Oh my!! I got a side of their pesto for my pizza. Really the best pesto ever. Also got this beautiful salad and you can’t go wrong with a little dessert. Yum yum yum!! We are going to be back for sure. We got the pulled pork nachos and a calzon for a to go. You won’t be disappointed.

Modern, energetic, and happy decorations all around the restaurant. There were 11 of us, and we were seated promptly. Our server was very friendly, and attentive. Services was fast. We ordered 3 large pizzas (sausage and pepperoni, pepperoni, and Hawaiian). Pizza crust was thin and I like it because I did not feel stuffed after I ate. Pizza could be a bit more flavorful, but not bad at all. Pizzas were not oily. I will come again if I want a quick bite next time.

Parking lot was packed but there were still tables available and without a wait. The inside has unique decorations and light features. Lots of options on the menu including soups and salads, although they do not offer mini pizzas. We shared a Tablerock pizza and a Wedge salad. Both were delicious. Would come back to try more options.

I was excited to see your restaurant on DoorDash…. Until I saw the up-charge you put on your food…. $29.50 for a salad?! $55 for a 15” pepperoni pizza?! You’ve shown your true colors as a business, and I refuse to dine with you again. I hope others follow suit…. Y’all’s ego has really gotten out of control.

Definitely a Southern Oregon gem! I’ve been going here for what seems like over 20 years. I don’t dine out in the restaurant much anymore ever since they opened the to-go portion, but the last few times the service has been pretty mediocre (to be clear, the to-go service is always great). The restaurant service now seems curt and less than attentive. It’s like they are annoyed you’ve decided to dine in or something. I’m pretty sure I recognize at least one of them from years earlier so it’s apparent the owners do not care how their staff interact with people (maybe they are family?). The people who greet you, those at the bar, and the staff that do the take-out if you order before 4pm within the main restaurant have always been great, it’s only some of the people waiting tables.
Food has always been amazing and 100% consistent. Their salads are legendary and those mozzarella breadsticks are to die for.
I wish they could do something about the sound level and add some more dampening. If you go during normal eating hours you will have to yell at the person across the table to carry on a conversation. It has always been this way though ever since they opened.

Grahaminations (Dagua and Graham)
Fantastic place. The crust tastes like a fresh, soft, saltine! We added green onions to our half and half enchilada and Thai chicken pizza. Totally delicious. And our awesome server, Alicia was right about everything. Our Bloody Mary’s, the hummus,the jalapeno poppers, all excellent.
