Blue Sushi at BYU delivers a surprisingly solid experience for a college-town spot. The atmosphere is clean and modern, making it a great place for a casual hangout or a laid-back date. One of its best strengths is the wide variety of rolls and bowls—including vegan options—all at very reasonable prices. While it’s not the most authentic or mind-blowing sush you’ll ever have, it definitely satisfies cravings without breaking the bank. Portions are fair, flavors are pretty decent, and presentation is nice. Service can be a bit slow during busy hours, but overall it’s a great value and worth visiting again.
