We visited this place on a recommendation. Atmosphere is really neat and cozy on the inside, open and lively (in the warmer months) on the outside. Lots of outdoor seating available BTW.
Free Valet service in the back due to lack of easy-access parking, which is very nice and also a common thing for this area.
It was a week night, so things were less crowded and less staffed than, say, a weekend. No issues there.
Service was prompt and courteous, though the only bartender working seemed to encumber the entire bar space which was about 20 tables, more or less.
Kiddos got the usual chicken tenders with fries. Wife got the Pork Wings with Truffle Fries. I got the Hawaiian Pulled Pork Sliders with Sweet potato fries.
Presentation was good. Everything looked and smelled great. Pork wings were spot on, tender, and delicious as were the truffle fries. Fries were nice and crispy on the outside. Hawaiian sliders touted a pineapple slaw… And this was where it fell short. The slaw was decent, but I completely missed the pineapple in it. I saw a small piece or two, but the flavor just wasn’t there. Also, the pork seemed dry and possibly leftover from the previous day. The sauce was generic and did little to help. The bun was soft, buttery and delicious.
The sweet potato fries were spot on. Cooked well and the little dusting of powdered sugar did the trick.
Overall a good experience and I got to try a new beer which was excellent!

We rode our bikes down from the campground for dinner. We opted for a Hawaiian pizza and added jalapenos and honey It was so good and the perfect amount for the hubby and I to share. He wanted to order the meatloaf entree but they were out They also have a full bar and outstanding beer selection. Our server was very attentive and fun. My only negative was people were smoking in the outdoor area ♀️ I guess that’s allowed in Florida? If you are in the area hit this place up!

I got the lamb pizza it was amazing. However the server took 30 min just to greet us and over 2 hours came to our table voluntarily twice we had to keep flagging her down as she was too busy socializing w other staff and drinking. Love the environment but wondering if this horrible service is the usual here. Eww I just saw her take and eat food out of a Togo order!!! Who does that!!!

We had the sweetest server help us tonight. Her name is Madelyn. I asked her right off the bat to tell me her favorite things. Funny, but she started off mentioning the Jameson bread pudding with ice cream. I’ll tell you we ordered her appetizer suggestion chicken satay skewers YUM! She suggested I have the blackened mahi wrap YUM! Hubby loved his meat lovers pizza even though it has a different name on the menu. We can’t believe we had room for it but we circled back round to the Jameson bread pudding and placed the order – YUM! She was so kind, so attentive & LOVED ALL HER RECOMMENDATIONS. Thank you Madelyn for such a lovely experience!

Expensive food that was not worth the money—the noodles were mushy. Service was extremely slow at both the bar and for food. Our dinner took over an hour to arrive, and when we added a salad, it took an additional 40 minutes. Drinks were overpriced and poorly mixed, so strong they were almost undrinkable. When my friend asked for a small glass of orange juice to make her drink drinkable, she was charged $5 to correct their mistake. Would not go back.

Fantastic food and James is the best server we’ve had in ages. They were very busy but the food was served in a timely manner, cooked to perfection and outstanding bar and table service.
Only minor drawback was the shortage of IPA beer…out of 2 that were on the menu (at 5pm). Even so now, as we are local, we will be regular customers.

We had an office party for eight people at Kona yesterday at 5 PM. We were greeted by a wonderful host followed by an awesome ambassador Luis/“Wicho”. Our server Trevor was also introduced to us & was a star all night. The drinks were great. The appetizers were on point and our entrées were solid. I highly recommend.

Every time we come to Florida we come to eat here! I love the atmosphere, it’s fun and gives you the ocean, beachy vibe! Staff is great! I have never had a bad experience! The food is fabulous! Oh, and Valet!!! HELLO!!! Saves me from walking!!!! Definitely 5 stars!!!

We did not experience the tiki side, only the gastropub side. I had the salmon dinner and my husband had the chicken sandwich. Our drinks were amazing. I had the afternoon delight. He had the hurricane. Totally would sit and drink a few more of them if we could. The place is definitely on point with the drinks. My food was good. Wish I had more of The sauce on the asparagus for the whole plate. My husband liked his chicken sandwich but he expected more. We would definitely visit again for the drinks. Food maybe.

1st time visiting. Went early on a weekday to avoid the crowd & parking issues. Steak bite appetizer is to die for! I added onions and mushrooms for $1 extra each. The entree was ok but not really good. The Bloody Mary I expected so much more but it was just a regular, average Bloody Mary. Service was ok when the bartender paid attention but was mostly distracted by eating & talking to a friend. Seems like a cute place w/a very diverse menu. Gluten free pizza options are a bonus. A bit pricy for what you’re getting. 4 stars may be a bit generous but I’ve only been once soooo I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt.
