This was the first time to an Applebee’s as we don’t have them in Canada. I was not disappointed at all unfortunately our location is suffering like so many other others from staffing shortages but that didn’t stop us from having an amazing time. We decided to sit at the bar or bartender/server was Richie A. He was a machine. He greeted us right away made sure we were taken care of. He was doing multiple tables and the bar at the same time and everybody was served super fast. Definitely it was an amazing experience between the service from Richie, the food, the portions and the pricing so impressed. Wish we had them up in Canada. Definitely will visit other locations in the

Walked in and it wasn’t crowded but we were early. I ordered the sweet spicy chicken sandwich and breaded cheese sticks. I forgot to picture the food before eating. The chicken sandwich was juicy all the way through. Great flavor.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, however the service was not the best, seemed like the restaurant was short staffed. We had ordered a cheese burger, which was over toasted and seemed to be sitting for a while before it was brought to our table. We also ordered a pasta, which we tested it and decided not eat it cause it didn’t taste good either. We enjoyed the cheese sticks and its sauce.

Place didn’t have much atmosphere and was not busy which was a plus, starter was great, but the main which was the shrimp. The fries didn’t taste great and the shrimp didn’t taste fresh and almost pre-heated. The slaw was missed which after an 8 hour flight I can’t be bothered to ask, but also wasn’t asked how was the meal was which made me think maybe the people who work here know how it’s cooked

The food was amazing, but the speed of it wasnt what i was looking forward to. We came in, got seated, and had to wait 10ish minutes just to order what we wanted. Once ordered, took about 20-30ish minutes just to get the food. The waiter was amazing, very friendly. Steak was well done rather than medium rare like we had ordered, but the rest of the food was amazing.

First of all, our server, Kathlyn, was great and very attentive. That being said, the food in this place was disappointing, to say the least.
My wife ordered the four cheese mac & cheese with honey pepper chicken fingers and I got the riblets platter. Although the restaurant was full, the wait time for the food wasn’t that long.
The food, though, was as bland as a boiled chicken breast. The ribs came with almost no sauce on, and they were cold and dry. The four cheese mac and cheese lacked of any seasoning, creaminess or taste and the pasta was overcooked. I think the only tasty thing on the table was the honey pepper chicken fingers.

So went to this location during are vacation and ordered the 2 for 25. My wife and I both got the oriental chicken salad. My wife asked for extra chicken. Now usually you are told of how much something extra was going to cost or it would be on the menu. When we saw the bill they charged us 7 dollars extra for a few extra pieces of chicken. When we talked to the waitress she said she would deal with it. Well instead of her handling the issue she gave the issue to her supervisor. We then explained our issue and the supervisor stated that it was on menu which it wasn’t. The supervisor then stated she would go get a menu to show us. 5-7 minutes passed and the supervisor then brought the restaurant manager with her and said well it’s not on the menu but we are going to have to charge you that price anyways since you ate it. We explained that we don’t have a problem paying for the food, but just assigning a random amount when it wasn’t on the menu is not ok. I would not recommend this location as they might add extra charges and dishonest about their product. We have ate at other Applebees and was never charged that much for extra chicken.

This place is attached to the Holiday Inn Resort. Came here for dinner. I’m personally not a fan of Applebee, the calories tend to be too high for me but I didn’t have too many options at that moment. Ordered black cajun salmon and it was pretty decent. Not salty. The Mango Smoothie was cool and sweet (served its purpose) but it seemed like ice and flavored syrup blended together rather than real Fruit. The dessert was good. Had ice cream with hot brownies. Gave 3/5 for food though, given Limited options for someone like me who don’t like fried Foods… I know you might be asking why I even came here, lol. But I wish there were more healthier options. Even salads are a calorie bomb 🙁 Service was decent. The server was polite, friendly, and made me feel at ease. Tipped him generously. Atmosphere was pretty good too. The place is pretty large though, so it can get hard to grab attention if you need something.

The staff was amazing—friendly, attentive, and quick with refills. The food was delicious and full of flavor place Had A warm welcoming vibe. Definitely a place I’d come back to! Believe the servers name was Bryan definitely A awesome guy.
