We didn’t have a wait when we got there, about an hour before the band started. The band was very good. People were dancing and it wasn’t too loud. Such a fun place! The food was good as well, pizza was AMAZING. Highly recommend coming to enjoy a band and some good pizza! We were staying in Matlacha and happy to drive over!

Extremely loud inside. People yelling in order to talk over each other we could not even hear the house music.

We ordered a half pound of smoked wings as our appetizer. I believe we received them about 30 to 45 minutes later but they were smoky, tender and juicy. Really good except for the hint of vinegar flavor.
Brisket sandwich – YES!
It was absolutely delicious! Smoked perfectly. Moist and delicious – we will definitely be back for it !

Who knew? Shame on me for not visiting sooner. We had the smoked chicken tacos and the flounder special. Courtney was our server and did an excellent job. Everyone was so kind. As we were leaving four Lee County Sheriff deputies walked in for dinner. Cops don’t eat just anywhere. That tells me it must be good!

Wow! The food was fantastic! And enormous portions. I ordered the chicken fajitas as well as a flan dessert to go. The atmosphere was lively and the interior decor really pretty and fun. The big outdoor tiki house for dining is also really cool.
Can’t say enough about the chicken fajitas. They were SO good! Plus they come with pico, guac, sour cream, rice and beans! The portion was easily enough for two people and honestly probably enough for three people.
The black beans are some of the best beans I’ve ever had. And I was very happy with the chicken onion and peppers for the fajitas. Delicious seasoning and not too spicy.
The flan was a great texture and creamy and caramel and it was delicious.
Literally the ONLY complaint I have about this place is that their name is basically impossible to read on the sign unless you’re standing right in front of the sign.. I’ve had people tell me I should go to eagles nest restaurant. And I literally didn’t know what or where it was, even though I’ve been driving past it anywhere from 2 to 5 a day for over a month.
Guys! you need to get your name painted on your building and also a sign that actually shows your name from the road so that people can find you.

The casino clams were delicious. The smoked wings great! The seafood bread bowl was absolutely Devine. We ordered a rack of smoked ribs to take home and I don’t think I’ve had that tender of ribs in Florida ever. And I would love to give a shout out to Carla our bartender/server(we sat at the bar) she was something special. Looking forward to going back in a few days!

Boy was I surprised.
The place doesn’t look like much but the food and service were top notch.
Jackie was super friendly and attentive.
The whole grouper was made to perfection and super filling. We got a 2lb’er and had enough to take hoe for seconds.!
The live band was great and played a variety of current top 20 hits.

Late evening and cold outside… but this place was hummin’! Crowd was made up of everyone from families to doggy dads. Great atmosphere. Better weather (warmer maybe) we all would have been outside for live bands. Quite a place. And, and the food was superb! Had fried shrimp and a side of flounder – tasty and well made. Spouse has seafood bread bowl that was so good she ate half the bowl, too. Great menu so there’s plenty to come back for. Too bad we have to return to the artic North in a few days.

Huge Ribeye was delicious, cooked perfectly, split between 2 adults. Bartender made a perfect dirty martini and a non alcoholic margarita that was the best I’ve had. Jackie served us, did a great job and was kind. Cool Island atmosphere, fun 80s jams playing overhead. Highly recommend. Steak was so good we tipped the cook. We’ll be back!
