This one never fails to disappoint. My fault for trying again. If your order is right, which is very rare, this is what you can expect. Burnt, cold, patties. I tried to make it work but its disgusting.They’ve not had a crew in years that’s actually tried. It is the worst one in the area. If you’re thinking of stopping, just don’t. Go to the next one.

I didnt give a start for service. I’m old school when you get interrupted with “is that all” after ordering one item is poor customer service skills. I have been to numerous McDonald’s locations in Kent, Covington, Maple Valley, Issaquah and Snoqualmie. Snoqualmie is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Other than the poor customer service the food is OK and convenient. My kids love McDonald’s so we fo there often.

We are at the Federal Way McDonald’s and this has been one of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve ever had.

We’ve been here over 30 minutes just trying to order two Happy Meals for our grandsons. I attempted to use the McDonald’s app, which did not work properly. After placing the order, the app suddenly said something weren’t wrong and it canceled my order and that I would receive a refund in three business days.

Meanwhile, my wife was inside with the kids, waiting and wondering why the food never came. She has now been trying for another 15 minutes to get the order sorted out, with hungry kids and no food.

This is a whole new definition of “fast food.” The app failure, the delay, and the lack of resolution made this a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Sad that something as simple as two Happy Meals turned into this terrible experience.

And honestly — three business days to refund fast food while you’re standing there with kids? That alone deserves the bad review.

I ordered from this McDonald’s and they delivered a used drink, opened it, and it wasn’t the drink I chose. All they told me was that they’d refund my money. I disagree with that because I paid for the delivery and now I have nothing to wash it down with. The customer service is simply disgusting.

Dyna should be fired.

I had my toddler son with me and after ordering my food, I asked if the bathroom had a changing table, as my son needed his diaper changed. I was told that the bathroom in the play “palace” did, by an employee.
Upon going to that bathroom, there was no changing table. I had to change my son’s poop filled diaper on the floor, around other people eating. This was upsetting for me, my son, and the other diners.
Confused, I politely asked afterwards, why there was no changing table in an area designated for kids to come eat and play ( the indoor playground) The manager, Dyna, was instantly very hostile and rude, and snapped ” We aren’t required to have one!” I replied, ” Well I know you’re not required, but its a bit odd not to, when it’s a play area for kids..” And I was about to ask if they were planning to get one, so I could plan ahead in the future, thinking one would be installed, but before I had the chance she interrupted me and scolded at me ” We actually had one and took it out! We don’t have to have one!” and stormed off. The employee, that had taken my food order, was left standing there, and felt bad and apologized on her behalf, and even made the comment, that she wasn’t sure how she was manager, as she is always rude like that.

I requested the employee to get her, to talk to her again, as she was very rude to me, for no reason, when I had not been rude or hostile.
The employee got her, and I let her know, that she should have not spoken to me like that, as I was just asking if they were going to get a changing table, but she didn’t even give me chance. She then proceeded to tell me. ” We took it out, because it was an order from corporate to do so”

This lady should not be in the position of management, as it is a manager’s job to diffuse situations, not escalate them. She was also incredibly rude, so much so, the employee felt bad and apologized on her behalf. I actually worked at McDonalds’s for 2 years, and was always told a smile and kindness is part of the uniform.
McDonald’s is advertised as a family friendly restaurant. This particular restaurant has a designated play area and indoor playground for kids, so it should have a changing table for families. This was a terrible upsetting experience, having to change my son on a floor, while people ate, and then made even worse, being treated so poorly by management afterwards.

This is the absolute worst mcdonalds I have been to. Not even kidding. Its always guaranteed when you go to the mcdonalds you are going to be waiting. Good thing I came here tonight because after I ordered on the app, drove 12 minutes there and still waiting 10 minutes inside for it. And guess what, order is wrong as i just opened the bag. Good god this place sucks. I hope they dont hire managers at this mcdonalds because you guys are incompetent with them. DONT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS

Came in specifically for a McGriddle meal that was clearly displayed on the menu when we ordered. Instead of a simple explanation or any flexibility, we were met with a very abrupt, snotty “it’s lunch” and the menu was flipped on us.
I understand breakfast cutoffs happen — that’s fine — but the delivery matters. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially when the item is still visible on the menu and breakfast food was obviously still being prepared. This could have been handled kindly, but instead felt unnecessarily rude.
Customer service shouldn’t feel like you’re being scolded for ordering what’s on the screen.

I can’t give you feedback on the food because we weren’t allowed to order any.

Neither of the two happy meals I ordered came with sauce and the spicy chicken sandwich barely had any sauce at all. Tried to call, but just got busy signal after busy signal. Paid for something, didn’t get it.

Found a hair in my food, bit into my burger and it got caught in my mouth. The hair ran through the entire burger and I pulled it out just now, trying not to gag. I frequent this location often when I’m headed to work and need a quick bite, I placed an order in the drive through 2 weeks ago as well, same exact order I always make using the app, was recited my order at the first window and paid the correct amount then had the people at the second window tell me I didn’t have an order despite me showing them the charge to my card and the order in the app with a time stamp. They accused me of lying, the manager got involved in the front and seemed incredibly annoyed with me despite me being friendly throughout this entire interaction, and she continued to question me as to why I didn’t have a physical receipt (they asked me if I needed one and I said no) eventually they found my order and it in fact had my name on the sticker that was on the bag, yet I didn’t receive an apology and she was rude even handing me the food. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional fast food place in my entire life. I also returned my order which had the hair in it and the girl who processed the return was a different person from everyone else I interacted with and she was very kind and was the only manager who treated me with any decency. I forgot her name but thank you.

You guys need to fire who ever is handling packing the deliveries, because they clearly do not care and don’t want to work. We keep getting insanely wrong orders with many items missing. This is not the first time, nor the second, or third. It’s almost as if they see the order and just put what ever they have in the bag. How can I order medium fries and a double cheese burger and get chickens nuggets only? Now we made a big order and three of the burgers aren’t even there, the other half of the order is wrong. I got my money back but that really isn’t the point, there is obviously something very wrong happening there if you cannot get a persons order correct.
