The staff here are absolutely amazing! Every single person is so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It really makes the whole experience stand out. The restaurant is spotless every time I visit, from the dining area to the restrooms. You can tell the owners truly care about their team and their customers. World class people running a world class Chick-fil-A! They also support local!

We visited on a Friday night and it was very busy but not “packed” feeling. Despite only a couple tables open, the service was still very fast. Our order was accurate and delivered with a friendly smile from Matt who made sure we had what we needed. Kathleen assisted in getting sauces for us and even offered to switch our kids book for a more age appropriate option. Food was delish and hot, always a pleasant experience dining at the Ankeny location!

We have previously always had excellent experiences here but last evening we called to place a pickup order, something we’d not done before, we were told for only 2 people we must order online. We went online and placed our order. When I arrived to pick it up it was not ready due to the ordering delay. I told them I was waiting and was told it would be ready soon. After waiting some time I noticed an order setting on the pickup shelf and went and checked, it had our name on it. My wife texted me at that same time that the order didn’t have her food on it but to just come on home and she’d make herself something. I took it home, reheated it, making it a little tough and ate it. My wife ate some oatmeal! BTW: This was to be a treat for her she just had knee replacement surgery.o

Mud/soil on my salad. Already ate majority of it. Said it was from the lettuce and not totally washed and that’s it. Not even refunded me with that and they did replaced it with a new one. To think after that I still have the appetite to eat that.

The food is amazing in every way. But the service I got today was not at all good. They weren’t very energetic like they usually are and messed up my order. When the lady gave me what I needed, she didn’t have the “pleasure” of doing so and nor did the cashier.

We recently took a group outing to the Chick-fil-A in Ankeny with our residents from Rock Creek Senior Living, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made the visit truly special for everyone.
Our residents had such a fun time—lots of smiles, great conversation, and of course, delicious food. The ice cream was a big hit (as always!), and the customer service was truly 5-star. It’s not every day you find a team so committed to creating a positive experience.

Came here for lunch during the busiest time of day. They had every register going which was great. Our food was out quickly and tasted great. Highly recommend the chicken sandwich and the chicken biscuit. Line was wrapped around the parking lot and only took about 15 minutes to get through.
