We came here to eat breakfast for our kids birthday (their choice ) and we sat inside. Bunny, one of the ladies that attend the dining area was phenomenal. She heard it was our twins birthday and got them a little cow and an icecream cup and even included older sister that also had a birthday on Sunday. She was so sweet and attentive to us the whole time. 10/10 service!!

Around 515 I went through the drive-through as always customer service great got home and something was forgotten which is highly unusual. I called the store to see if we could pick it up later. I don’t know who I talk to, but she made it right. All it was was a small fry that was in a kid meal, but that lady made it right. She made sure it was delivered to us and my great grandson was very happy. Chick-fil-A has the best customer service and thank you so much. One last thing. I don’t get around very well and my husband is Newley blind so going back out would have been hard especially with a toddler. Thank you so much

Piper is a super employee. I am a door dasher and I appreciate her so much. When I see her I know I’m going to get my order fast. While other employees are talking and moving slow she is always all over my order. Plus she is super nice. She makes picking up a DoorDash order an absolute pleasure. I come to this store many times a day atleast 5 days a week and she stands out from the rest.

I haven’t eaten at this particular Chick-fil-A. It was a quick stop for supper after church. The food was as good as the Chick-fil-A in Hixson Tennessee. Comparable service as well. Prices are in the moderate family pricing. Kids will love the food here.

During my visit last week from Pennsylvania, I was once again reminded why Chick-fil-A on Battlefield Parkway sets the standard for fast food dining. Their staff truly goes above and beyond in terms of friendliness and service. Every visit was marked by genuine smiles, courtesy, and efficiency-a rare combination that makes every stop feel special.
What stood out to me most this time, however, was the convenience. Traveling often comes with its share of stress, but Chick-fil-A made grabbing a great meal simple and seamless. Whether it was the speed of the drive-thru, the accuracy of my order, or the ease of using their app, everything was handled with remarkable precision. It’s the kind of reliability that you really appreciate when you’re on the go.
Chick-fil-A continues to prove that they’re more than just another fast food chain-they’re a company dedicated to quality, service, and customer care. My visit this time left me even more impressed than before, and I’ll be looking forward to my next stop, while traveling to the Rossville area.

I ordered on the app. I pull up and speak to Mia. She asks me if there’s anything I want to add. I tell her I want to add a pup cup. I have done this dozens of times at the East Ridge location. She tells me I’m all good to go. I get to the window to get the food and inform them I’m missing the pup cup. The guy working the window tells me they don’t do pup cups at this location because whip cream is the most expensive dessert item they have. I asked him if I could just purchase the pup cup because at this point my dog is excited to get his pup cup because he knows our routine in drive thrus. The guy leaves to asks his manager and comes back to tell me the manager said no. The guy mentioned dog treats so I asked him about those and then he tells me they’re out of dog treats. Well of course they are. I frequent this location and the East Ridge location. If I decide to spend any money at this business again, it will only be at the East Ridge location. Had Mia informed me that they don’t do pup cups then I would have cancelled my order right then. Luckily, McDonalds next door had better employees and customer service.

The quality of your chicken biscuits has been inconsistent. On multiple occasions, I have received biscuits that were either overcooked or undercooked, making for a disappointing breakfast experience. An undercooked biscuit is a gooey gross mess. It seems like there’s a lack of consistency in the preparation process, leading to varied results.
I’ve also noticed that several outdoor order employees on the morning shift seem unfriendly. While I understand that early mornings can be tough, a welcoming attitude goes a long way in enhancing the customer experience. It’s disheartening to encounter indifference or rudeness when starting the day.
There have been instances where the restaurant has been shortchanged, with employees telling me to “not worry about change.” This raises concerns about the financial integrity of the establishment. I’m unsure how this practice aligns with proper accounting procedures and it leaves me feeling uneasy about the overall management of the location.
I hope you take these issues seriously and consider addressing them to ensure that all customers have a positive experience at your Chick-fil-A restaurant.
