On Friday Feb 27th we went to longhorn about 4pm for dinner. It was 3 of us. Me , my girl and my mom. We got seated fast. Only a handful of people in there. Not very crowded. Bread and butter were brought to the table quickly. We ordered the wild west shrimp appetizer, salmon meal, steak meal and mom got some kind of strawberry salad. Food arrived in a timely manner. All the food was extremely delicious. No one disliked anything. The salmon was awesome. The steak was perfect. The shrimp was bangin. We ate as much as possible and took the little bit left home. The place was clean. The server was for the most part fast , polite and attentive. I feel like when we were done and ready to leave….he moved a little slower with the whole check process but maybe it was just us being full, tired and ready to leave that made time move so slow lol. The total was about $89 for 3 meals, drinks and an appetizer.
Im giving longhorn 5 out of 5 stars. Honestly, I can’t think of much to change. We will definitely be back

It was quite busy for a Thursday night and had a moderate wait time, we were told 30 minutes but it wound up being almost an hour wait to get a seat. The waitress was amazing however and got us our drinks and appetizers (Texas Tonion, their version of bloomin onion) quite fast. The food (I got the Outlaw Ribeye) was very good however, my companions steak came out rare when they ordered medium-rare (not a big deal to us but maybe to others). Overall a good experience with decent quality food for a chain restaurant.

Worst experience ever! Waiter was horrible. He came to bring drinks which was the glass of wine and basically threw it on the table. He then brought my daughter soda about a minute later. I asked if the glass of water was coming, he replied I got you. He brought me a glass of water which the glass was filthy with spots and lemon parts on it. I asked another waitress if she could get me another glass of water and she was polite. She returned with the glass clean with water. Later food came and the mac n cheese was burnt on the top. The waitress or lady that brought it out said she would return it for some more. Then the manager John brought two more which one still was burnt on top but he replaced it. The table with at least 16 guest received bread. I asked the waiter why did this table get bread and we didn’t. The waiter replied again I got you. He brought out this hard bread that I cut my finger trying to cut it. I called the manager John over and he replaced the bread and then brought me a band-aid for my cut on my finger. The steak I ordered was supposed to be to be med well but as you can see in pic it was med rare. Not sure what happened tonight but I will be taking a break from Longhorn. Worst experience ever and I have been coming here for years.

Food was good and the place was clean. However, as I sat at the bar, I overheard my server and another server cursing and screaming at each other. I understand getting in arguments, but the behavior left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Plus, my server was so upset that he neglected to ask me if I wanted a dessert after my meal.
This happened on December 31, 2025 at approximately 330pm.
I like Longhorn Steakhouse, but the next time I want a meal and I’m in the area, I’ll go to Olive Garden.

Our server Tori was amazing, she was very attentive for us. The kitchen messed my steak up twice and my partners steak aswell, first they overcooked mine to medium well, then sent back a near blue steak. The general manager, Jerry, ran my blue steak to me, rudely muttered “heres your not medium well”, put the plate down and ran. What a jerk, we sent it back and the store manager Chris came out with my correct steak (medium rare) and made sure we were taken care of and that it was cooked properly.
Chris & Tori did great jobs, maybe Jerry needs a class in manners, because good god.

I hate to write this review because it’s already busy! We absolutely love this place and it is already packed to the gills! The service is excellent, always. We had a server remember us , which is nice! I like how varied the menu is. I’ve had steak salad, all cuts of streak, and even a lobster tail. All delicious. My husband loves their hard iced tea, and that bread is to die for. Very busy spot though so plan for a good wait on the weekend.

Came here during Lunch today around 2:00pm. I got the steak house wings & Parmesan crusted spinach dip. I also ordered the lamb chops with a loaded potato. I got a mango and strawberry margarita. The waitress was very kind and hospitable. This was my first time here and she recommended some great things here. I really enjoyed myself and the food was so good. Especially the spinach dip . I also took a strawberry cheesecake to go. Will be coming here again!

Our party of six went to dinner at Long Horn at Arundel Mills on a Wednesday evening. We arrived at 7:25pm and were told it would be a 30 minute wait for a table, which was fine with us because they were very busy.
After 40 minutes we asked how much longer the wait would be and were told we would be seated immediately. We were at at a table that we had noticed was empty the entire time we waited, which was a little annoying but, like I said, they were busy.
We waited quite a long time to be waited on but the waiter was very nice. The food was really good and came out nice and hot. We waited for our drinks for a long time with one member of our party never receiving the glass of wine she ordered. We were not offered drink refills at all.
I have mixed feelings about patronizing this restaurant again. While the food was good and the service we did receive was pleasant, it took a ridiculous amount of time.
The bottom line is good food but only go if you have LOTS of time to wait. Three stars overall due to the very slow service.
