Cozy place to have a seafood. Great service, really good atmosphere- great for romantic dinner. The only issue is that my halibut was a little bit overdone – not as juicy as it shall be. I would expect perfectly done fish from expensive seafood place. Sides and spices were great though.

Duke’s Seafood is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. The sourdough bread alone is worth the visit. Everything tastes fresh—especially the salad and the stuffed halibut, which they fly in daily. Their clam chowder is hands down the best I’ve ever had (besides my Moms) and the ribs are outstanding. I also appreciate the organic green tea and the beautiful surroundings that make every meal feel special. Love this place.

The food was good, but the portion size was small. I tried a variety of the options they had, and was happy with all of them. I would come back and try other dishes. Oh and the bread was to hard, but I know thats how its served at most places, so I didn’t eat much of that.

Slightly taken aback once we realized that the restaurant was in the mall, but once you get inside the feeling is of any stand alone restaurant.

Calamari was great with a very light batter on it. Both the Hot Honey and Tequila Lime Aiolis sauces accented beautifully.

The New England Clam chowder was good with lots of meat.

The beer batter cod was strange to me. Instead of being light and flaky, it seemed more like a bread crumb crust than beer batter. The cod itself was good.

I’m not a big coleslaw fan, but this was very dry with little or no sauce and seemed more like a salad.

The warm sourdough bread and butter was very good. The butter in a bowl looked very nice, but was not the most effective delivery.

Jean-Luc was attentive without being bothersome.

Visited on Friday afternoon and went back Sunday evening. Sat at the bar, both times, great service, very attentive. 1st visit, had a Woodinville Whiskey Sour, very good. Clam Chowder, outstanding and bread, sourdough, fresh out of oven warm, fantastic. 2nd visit, Mezcal Old Fashioned (photo), clam chowder, shrimp, wrapped in bacon with spiced up maple syrup, terrific. The Old Fashioned was fantastic. I’ll be back.

Was in the area and stopped in for a quick bite during the daily Happy hour, but it didn’t save much $. Even their appetizers and drinks start at $15-20, and happy hour price is mostly $3 off ($5 off of their overpriced burgers). The meals that used to priced between $25-35 are now $28-45, even for a burger…So much for lower inflation! I had their Dinghy-sized Trio of their chowders, they are tasty but were very salty and it’s not very much food. I’d rather dine at a better location than a mall when I’m spending that kind of money for fine dining. Never again.

Wynter took amazing care of me! The lobster mobster chowder is delicious. The dungeness crab un-cake is excellent. Great food! Just go!

Honestly, it’s been awhile since I’ve last eaten here. I believe it was in 2018. I took my little brother, Jude here for dinner. It was his first time trying Duke’s Seafood. I recall it was not a busy evening which was nice.

First, we were served with complimentary bread. We both got the Fish and chips combo with the chowder. Always delicious and filling. This is my usual order which satisfies me. My blueberry lemonade drop was good. Our server was relatively ok. We both enjoyed our dinner overall.

I need to pay a visit soon some time.

The “heavenly halibut” was just that: delicious! (See pic). Would definitely order this again and recommend to friends and family. The sourdough bread and chowder were also very good. My date had the salmon but it was not as good as the halibut.

I gave four stars instead of five overall because of the service. The host sat us next to a door on the patio that kept opening and closing. After sitting for a minute, we switched seats to be away from the door that kept opening and closing. They had not taken our drink order yet, and we told the host when we saw her again, so we did not think it would be a big deal. After that the waiter and waitress sharing the patio seemed to fighting about who was going to be our server and it seemed like everyone else was getting help before we were. Not a big deal overall, but it did take away from the dining experience.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. I try to stop in at least for lunch every time I pass through. The various chowders are all excellent. I love the bread and they know how to make good iced tea. This time I had the mustard salmon and it was excellent. Service from John Luke was spot on. The architecture inside is cool. It’s a good spot for a business meal.
