I took my son for a Christmas Eve dinner and we were so impressed by the service and entertainment! Our waitress Giselle was so nice and amazing very funny too and our Chef Douglas did all kinds of cool tricks for my son he loved it so much thank you so much for making our night fun ! Highly recommend you ask for them when you visit !

Excellent experience with my family of 4 (2 toddlers). Manager Xavier was very attentive and proactive helping my daughters to some French fries while we waited for the incredible Teppanyaki show by Luis! My 4-year old had a great time and loves that onion volcano! Server Brie was also very attentive and made our dining experience that much more enjoyable with 2 toddlers- thanks for the extra ice cream scoops.

Visited this restaurant around 9:20 PM and was extremely disappointed. For a place charging an average of $75 per person, I expected a clean and welcoming environment. Instead, the carpets were dirty, the bathrooms were gross and outdated, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. It was so unappealing that we walked in and immediately walked out.
The only positive was the host, James—he was incredible, super inviting, and professional. Unfortunately, the condition of the restaurant overshadowed his efforts. Definitely not worth the price point, with such a prime location.

I made reservations three days prior to my arrival, but upon timely arrival, I experienced an excessive wait of over an hour for our table. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were found to be unclean and poorly maintained. Following our eventual seating, we encountered an additional delay of one hour for water service, and I remained awaiting the chef’s appearance. When the chef finally emerged, I was compelled to note that the overall service was subpar. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. My family was understandably dissatisfied with the experience, which was particularly disappointing given that it was my niece’s birthday and she did not feel celebrated.

I never been to any location but i always wanted to try, until now. I been impressed by the chef and his way to entertaining us to the next level. The food was delicious and prepared with care, our service was on point and entire time we had a good time and enjoyable.

This location is a joke! The service is TERRIBLE! The cleanliness in the bathroom is horrendous. The food thankfully isn’t bad at all but the service is awful! It’s not worth the money! This location is very poorly managed and maintained. The servers has angry and annoyed faces all night. We wait forever for drinks! The cook was starting and we yet to have our salads! I mean DISASTER. And I chose to go there for my birthday dinner. What a dissatisfying experience! Never again!

We had the BEST experience at Benihana thanks to Armani! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely so kind. He made sure our drinks were always full, checked on us at the perfect times, and made us feel completely taken care of the entire night.
Armani’s energy was amazing — super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu. He answered all our questions and gave great recommendations. You can tell he truly cares about giving guests a great experience.
Because of Armani, our night felt extra special and we will absolutely be coming back. Benihana is lucky to have him — 10/10 service!

Overall, between the outstanding service from Giselle, the high-quality food, and the lively hibachi-style atmosphere, our dinner at Benihana was a five-star experience. I would absolutely recommend asking for Giselle if you visit—she made the evening feel special and memorable.

Odalis was our waiter for a birthday dinner we attended. She served two tables with great attention to detail and friendly service. I would recommend her as a waiter for any future dinners. Oscar was our chef for the night and he was so personable and very inclusive with our 3 year old. He received big smiles from our kiddo. He took our tables allergies seriously and proceeded with caution. I highly recommend this location for any celebrations or even a night out. The manager at this location was amazing as well and made sure we had our tables and were seated in a timely manner.
