Fresh! Quick! AND DELICIOUS! So thankful for a gem like this! Enjoyed the chicken+lamb over rice dish and fish gyro – absolutely scrumptious. The corn nuggets and baklava were delicious too. Additionally, the sauces were amazing and the hot sauce was actually spicy. Loved it. 10/10 highly recommended. Will come again!

As with many restaurants once they become popular the service goes down. The first time I sent my order through GrubHub. I had gotten notification that it was completed. Upon arriving it was not done. I had to wait until they processed other orders before completing mine. Once opening the order there was a side dish missing. Last night I went in just to order corn nuggets and had to wait 20 mins after calling it in. The two women behind the counter did not greet me, one had earbuds in. I asked her if my order was finished as I only ordered a side dish and she said no it was in the deep fryer. Upon taking them out she placed them in a plastic bag and gave them to me. I thanked her and went home to find out she gave me the wrong dish, it was Mac and cheese bites instead of corn nuggets. I should have checked the bag before leaving but had someone waiting in the car for the 20 mins. The food is delicious but the customer service is slow and non-existent. We don’t have many good food places for that price point. Don’t ruin a good thing with poor service.

Update… I went to the restaurant to address the issue with my food. The employee was so very friendly and professional, and she made things right. She comped the entire meals. She even accommodated me because the chicken wings were too spicy. This place is definitely a Hidden Gem in Waldorf Maryland. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
I’m disappointed in the quality of food I received yesterday. My first experience at this restaurant was excellent, but this time fell short. I ordered fish and chips and six crispy wings with sauce on the side. The fish was well-seasoned but soft, and the fries were burnt. The chicken was also extremely burnt, suggesting they cook fries and chicken in the same grease, while the fish is cooked in different grease but was mushy. When I called for a replacement or refund, the person who answered was unprofessional, laughing, and uncaring. I didn’t think this was a laughing matter, especially since people choose to spend their money at places like this.

I’m a huge fan of Naz’s Halal—this place is easily one of the best value-for-money spots in Waldorf. I always go for the chicken and lamb combo over rice with white and green sauce, and it never misses. The portions are incredibly generous, the food is always well-seasoned, and the flavor is consistent every time.
Even when I order delivery, it arrives fast and fresh. I’ve also tried the hot wings and pita sandwiches, and everything has been solid. Honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.
The prices are more than fair for what you get, and it’s quickly become one of my go-to spots. Love this place. Highly recommend.

The customer service is great in the food was delicious, but I did find a piece of hair in my plate, Other than that I have no other complaints.

Always ordering the chicken rice bowl and i never had a complaint yet. They are fast making the food, great portions for the prices they charge. Always recommend this place to people to try it

Very welcoming environment. Staff was attentive and friendly from the time I walked in. 1st time visiting establisment. Loved the hearty food portions. Prices were reasonable. I ordered the fish platter and was not disappointed. Would love to find a few reduced sodium items on the menu. definitely recommend and plan to visit again.

So I decided to try out this restaurant and I was definitely impressed. The lamb was nicely seasoned, the rice cooked to perfection, and the portion size was very generous. The fish and chips were flavorful and hit the spot. I do wish that due to the size of the portions that there would be larger containers of sauce. But, I still enjoyed the food and will definitely be making my way back.

It makes no sense for this food to taste as good as it does. I have never cleaned a plate of food as quick as I have here. And the order experience? 10/10. They have self-service kiosks- very cool. Anyways, yeah, the salad, the chicken/rice combo, the sauces – 10/10. Highly recommend.
