HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My ice coffees weren’t full or made correctly. The girl put the ice in last which made my coffee warm. Added cold foam and only got a splash. My coffees tasted disgusting. They really need to do correct training at this location and have an adult in the front line with these young kids.

I ordered the Grilled Cheese sandwich today at the drive thru. Cold as can be and not even warmed up. I noticed this when I was far down the road. The younger girls working the window have zero customer service skills. I watched them hand the wrong order 3 different times to the car in front of me. Whoever manages and runs this location needs to get it together. I will not be back.

I usually place a mobile order so I don’t have to wait in line, but honestly, it hasn’t made a difference here lately. Even with a mobile order, the wait is just as long, sometimes even longer, and it feels like forever before you get your drink or food. The most frustrating part is the coffee — it’s never consistent. I order it the exact same way every time, yet more than half the time it tastes burnt, like it sat too long or was rushed. On top of that, they almost never have the donuts or new menu items that Dunkin advertises, which makes this location really disappointing compared to others.

The only saving grace is the staff. They are always super friendly and genuinely sweet, and you can tell they’re doing their best with what they have. The issue is that there just aren’t enough of them. The whole place seems short-staffed, and it shows in both the wait time and the quality of what you get. I think with more staff and better quality control, this Dunkin could be a great spot, but right now it’s hit or miss — and too often, it’s a miss.

The new manager is great. Every time I go in there she’s always working hard. I had a problem with my hot chocolate she fixed the problem. I hope they keep her in that store. I rate her a 20

My favorite drink was the original cappuccino blast (baskin Robbin’s) and it was always made perfect until the last few times I’ve gone. Four times to be exact. Not sure if these kids are being trained correctly or not but my drink has been made with straight bitter coffee and foam. That’s not a cappuccino blast. Unfortunately I will not be coming here anymore.

These donuts were the most stale of any I have ever eaten. It takes a lot to get a bad review from me; but when I bite into an old, dried-out donut with filling that tasted thick and sour- followed by a drink of milk that was to expire on the very day I bought it and was sticking to the inside of the bottle, well, here is the bad review. We pulled up to the window to order. After we received our order and paid, my husband said, “ Ok, don’t work too hard” – to which the employee said, “ I won’t. That’s THEIR job” in a very sour, unfriendly tone. By that comment, I deduced that SHE was the manager. Who speaks like that about their employees to a customer? My husband’s donut was equally stale and dry, and his coffee was hot and over-cooked- yeah, you read that correctly, over-cooked.

Had a mobile order today Oct 26th, and the blond girl with the ponytail at the window had a terrible attitude from the start. She first told us they didn’t have our order, then claimed they didn’t have anything we asked about, and finally told us to come inside. When we went in, it was obvious they did have what we were asking for the whole time. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I swear the people they hire must have no training or choose to do their own thing. Constant mess ups. I’ve given so many chances.

Example 1.- ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and iced coffee with regular milk. They put the oat milk in the decaf iced coffee. Yes it’s simple but I’m allergic to regular milk and my bf can’t have caffeine so we couldn’t switch.

Example 2- ordered an iced coffee and I watched them pour 3/4 of oat milk like they’re making a latte I had to correct them and say the sticker on the cup literally says coffee

Please get some corporate out there to do more training
