My friend brought me here when I came to visit her for the week. Honestly, it was everything I wanted from a fast food restaurant! It was shockingly affordable but also really good! I think it’s so fun that you can get “entrees” as your sides!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. While visiting my brother in Raleigh, I went there twice within the same week, and both visits were frustrating.
The drive-through speaker system barely works, making it very difficult to understand the employee taking orders. During my first visit, my order was completely wrong. When I mentioned it at the window, the employee apologized and told me to use the other drive-through lane next time. She also explained that management is aware of the issue, but the owner has refused to spend the money to fix the speaker. According to her, incorrect orders happen so often that food is regularly thrown away.
Three days later, I returned and used the other drive-through lane as suggested. Unfortunately, that speaker was even worse. When I mentioned the issue this time, a different employee responded very rudely and told me to “get over it” and go somewhere else if I didn’t like it.
Poor equipment, repeated order mistakes, and dismissive customer service reflect a lack of care from ownership and management. This location clearly needs basic investment and better training if they expect customers to return.

This cookout can be kind of hit or miss just depending on when you go. However, when they are on the food is fast and hot and usually all correct and that’s exactly what I hope to get from cookout, the late night clutch. As always, will go again. To pretty much any cookout ¤

I ask for the chicken on the side… wrapped in foil.. that’s what Harmonie gave me chicken covered in sauce and pickles on the tray.. not on the side… the bun was in another bag wrapped in foil. Service is trash and so is the quality of food… I used to love coming to cookout every time I visit Raleigh… I’ll never come back.. it’s 2025. How hard is it to put a piece of chicken on the side?

went here for dinner, ordered cajun fries, chicken nuggets, and 2 cheese quesadillas with cookout sauce. received normal fries, TWO chicken nuggets, and 2 chicken quesadillas. they forgot my sauce 🙁

Do not eat here. This location is probably the worst I ever had. Found plastic inside of the chicken tender wrap? Fries were cold obviously had been sitting out. Burger was soggy and lettuce was brown. Horrible experience and waste of money.
