A little SHOUT OUT to Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Q, we enjoy one of your platters that has a little bit of everything. Very, very good, on Saturday afternoon, when you are feeling the summer coming back and you don’t want to cook.

I am not sure what is this restaurant famous for, maybe I need to try something different from the menu. I had a shopped beef sandwich with pineapple slices on the side. Meat was very dry, bun was hard and pineapple wasn’t tasty at all. BBQ sauce helped a little with eating the sandwich. Prices do not match with the food offered, for that type of food I think is a bit high. Atmosphere is ok. Big screens and nice lights.

Food was delicious!!! We enjoyed the different sauces on the table with our brisket and corn bread was on point. Only complaint about the food is that the mashed potatoes were very bland/flavorless. Needs more butter, seasoning, or toppings.

Bad mistake giving this restaurant a try. Food was dry and tasteless. (Chicken was raw in the middle; mac n cheese had no macaroni, it was 80% corn). Service… what service? Our waitress forgot our drinks, forgot to enter our appetizers and was non- existent after our food came out. We asked 2 other servers for refills, didn’t get them. Most definitely never coming here again.

I wish I could rate Famous Dave’s at the Airway location higher, because the food itself was excellent. Unfortunately, the complete breakdown in service from the very beginning made it a deeply frustrating experience.
Let’s start with the only reason for the second star: The food was genuinely good. The barbecue was flavorful, the ribs were perfectly tender, and the sides were spot-on. The kitchen team clearly knows their craft.
However, the service was an unmitigated disaster. It started the moment we arrived. We walked in and there was no one at the host stand. We stood there for several minutes, waiting for any employee to even acknowledge we existed. The restaurant was half-empty, with plenty of clean tables, making the lack of a host even more confusing.
Once seated, the neglect continued. It took another 20 minutes for a server to come to our table, get our drinks, and take our food order. We watched servers pass by without a glance.
Then came the final wait. After ordering, it took approximately 45 minutes for our food to arrive. By this point, the restaurant was still not full, and the long delay felt completely unjustified.
When the food finally came, it was delicious, but we were so exhausted and irritated from the cumulative delays that it was hard to enjoy. The complete lack of initial greeting set the tone for an evening defined by inattentive service.
It’s a real shame. The food here is a home run, but the front-of-house service is a total strikeout. I can’t see myself returning, which is a disappointment given the quality of the barbecue.

I was invited to my brother Jesus birthday lunch, I ordered the bar-b-que pork burger plate, it was delicious and they were quick to bring our food. Excellent and very tasteful! Kudos to Miram the waitress, very polite and super professional!!! I highly recommend this establishment!!! 5 ‘s up!!!!

We ordered curbside pickup from Famous Dave’s and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We checked in as soon as we arrived at our scheduled pickup time, and while we waited, we saw multiple customers come and go with their orders. Ours, however, never came out. We could even see a bag sitting on the counter through the window the entire time.
I called the restaurant, and they said they would bring the order right out. They also mentioned they were out of blue cheese dressing and asked what we wanted instead, so we chose Thousand Island. We continued waiting, but nothing happened. I finally got out of the car and went inside. No one was at the counter, and it took a long time for anyone to acknowledge me.
When someone finally came out, they simply added the Thousand Island dressing to the same bag that had clearly been sitting there the whole time. Once we got home, we realized the salad had already been pre-dressed with Thousand Island and was soggy.
The service was slow, communication was lacking, and the quality of the food suffered as a result. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered combination plate to go. It took very long to get my order. The brisket and burnt ends were very fatty. The jalapeno sausage was good. It came with 2 small sides which were just ok and a small roll. Too expensive for the quantity / quality received.
