Ordered chipotle honey bbq wings, and they’re plain, ordered Alfredo sausage pizza with onions and got a regular sausage pizza with no onions. Only three things were right with my order, the sausage with the regular pizza sauce and my cookie and bread sticks! Tried to call but line busy. I ordered two pizzas, a cookie, wings and bread parm sticks!!

The store has a sign saying a pizza for 999. Any toppings I go in the store place my order they come up with $22. I said the sign right there on the door 999. They then told me that I had to order it online to get it for that price but nowhere on your sign. Did it say you had to order it online? I called corporate. It’s been a half hour talking to them. They didn’t know what to do so finally they took my order and sent it to them and told me what my price was but you ain’t gotta worry about me coming back here again last time I had it delivered got cold pizza they delivered it and it was almost cold in lukewarm. I mean, y’all need to do something with your help and your signs management I think.

Honestly I got delivery and they gave me the wrong pizza, I called to report and the guy on the phone was so helpful and completely made the experience better! so far best costumer service I’ve had in a long time giving 5 star just on that because good service is hard to find.

I Love stuffed crust and gentle flavors that aren’t overwhelming…. so I am giving Papa Johns at this location a high rating based on my preferences. The call center answered fast, got my order right from the call and the cook got it right too. The pick up was fast and easy too. I hope the workers here kept up the good work and wanted to acknowledge they made a customer very happy and content. Thanks !

Thomas did an amazing job at fixing a no good (or less than optimally working) coupon from our nursing management that said it’d give us 50% off. Thomas was patient despite the three to four calls we had to make to clear up things between canceling on DoorDash, ordering on papajohns website, and remaking a pizza because DoorDash picked it up too soon! I’m positive this location is going to do a complete 180 with Thomas looking over the place (: thank you Thomas for helping us celebrate nurses week over at UNC Health Johnston in Smithfield!

My pizza was cold. Hardly any cheese. I could see so much sauce on the pizza but barely any toppings. My garlic dipping sauce I paid extra and it was cold. Look at how huge that one green pepper is. Money wasted.

I don’t know what’s more frustrating. The crust size difference ( yes I only ordered ONE pizza ) or the lack of bacon, three cheese and parm that I ordered that I didn’t get. I guess they forgot how to count as well asked for 10 packets of parm and got 3 paid for a $26.25 and got one worth $10. Oooo but they got the light sauce right !!!!

Papa John’s fell ALL the way off. My driver text me and told me how rude everyone was and how long he had been waiting for my food. I call up there and they say that he is just being impatient. Ok cool, maybe they’re just backed up. I get my food yall and OMG! It was so bad. So bad. I threw away the cheese sticks completely. Waste of 30 something bucks. Should have stuck with domino’s.
