What a wonderful experience! Sat at the bar to watch the football game on their huge tvs and ate a delicious meal! The bartender was awesome and very attentive to everyone at the bar. Great environment and the sausage and ribs were hot and juicy! Excellent visit and I’ll be going back to try more items on their menu. Highly recommend this Chilis location!

I decided to grab a bite because we hadn’t been to Chili’s in quite some time.
The food was good. Pretty much exactly what to expect.
The service was subpar. I asked about two questions and the waiter literally pointed to places on the table tent. I found it a little rude. (He could have been having a bad day.) I thought he was a manager due to his headset and shirt. So I expected better.
As a personal rule of thumb. When we sit, we start the dining experience at $20. As the service is provided I add to or subtract from that. Then factor in the percentage when I get my check.
He earned a few deductions.
Overall below average.

Chili’s followed up immediately after seeing my review.
They were definitely concerned that we had a negative experience and encouraged my family to return.
Thanks to Zoe they definitely redeemed this location. She did a really good job!!

Service here was amazing. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Sophia. She gave a warm welcome to my family and I, and seated us upon request. The wife and I went to Chili’s to eat. We had the fajitas and Burger and margarita the food was good. The service slow. The waitress was on point. She kept us updated on the status of our order. Yes we will be back.

Went here yesterday to watch the Jaguars game but not one member of the staff or management could figure out how to change the channel on the TV. I should have taken that a sign but chose to stay and order food and drinks with my family since everybody was starving. The kids’ food came out quickly. My wife and I’s food took longer but that’s understandable. I ordered the sirloin medium and it came out rare-mid rare. Not only was it undercooked, but it was also so fatty and poorly butchered that I couldn’t get through it with a steak knife and there was a thick line of sinew running down the middle. The mashed potatoes and broccoli also tasted like they were reheated and had very little flavor. I don’t normally send food back but was physically unable to eat the steak. I eventually got the attention of our server who brought out a manager that offered a refire and I ordered the sliders instead assuming it would be a quick fix. Almost 30 minutes later and long after my whole family was done eating, I let them know we were leaving and to cancel the replacement order. According to a different manager, it was conveniently ready in the window at that moment, but I told them no thank you. I understand high volume restaurants and being busy having worked in the service industry but refires should always take priority and that was not the case here. We usually have a good experience here, but I was very disappointed and will not be back.

Jen was my server and I swear it was the best service that I had in a LONG time. She is worth tipping very attentive. My sis and I didn’t even have to ask for the children’s food to come out first because it came out while we were still ordering our food.

Neighborhood bar. Great hole in the wall. The only thing is their liquor is wine based and then sometimes they don’t have what you need in the summer it can get pretty hot and very hard to breath from smokers.

The food was really good, the fajita soup and the dessert were top notch. About the service, the girl was really sweet and attentive. One thing I didn’t like was behind us were a group vaping and I was there with my husband and my baby, I thought it was supposed to be a smoking free place.

Another Chili’s, another good meal. The restaurant was crowded with several extremely large parties seated. Took about 10 minutes to be seated. I’m not sure why, but they issued plastic ware. The food came out fresh and delicious but could’ve been warmer. All in all, it was a great experience at Chili’s.
