If I could give it, zero stars, I would, but I can’t. I ordered combo of 20 piece chicken nuggets, four hot and spicy and four medium fries, but it didn’t come with four fries. It came with one fry, and then all of the fries were all around the bag. This is a bad experience with McDonald’s and I tried calling their telephone number, and they wouldn’t answer. I called it like 20 times, and they didn’t answer. Honestly, this is the most terrible service I have ever gotten.

If I could give it no stars I would and if you’re having a bad day and you want it worse come here every single time I come here my order is wrong. The three times I got breakfast here my egg was green. Today I decided to not drive far. This was my order. They forgot my large drink and my iced coffee was just coffee. I still came back and asked for my large drink and a cup of ice. They still got my order wrong at the second window and never got my ice 10 out of 10 do not recommend

I ordered food through the drive-thru and paid with the mobile order receipt. I never received my order, and there was a communication barrier since I am Deaf. When I tried to explain, staff did not help with clear communication, and the manager called 911 instead of resolving the problem.

The police came, checked my payment, and confirmed a refund, but I was not apologized to for the misunderstanding. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the experience.

I hope the restaurant trains staff on communication access and handles situations like this better in the future, especially for customers with disabilities.

I just ordered takeout breakfast one sausage McMuffin with egg and one hash browns at around 9:10Am, But sandwich is over burnt when I opened it at office. You can see the photo. That’s how you guys made a bad morning to me. This isn’t the first time happening,I just don’t want to write bad reviews,but it’s too much and not upgraded.

They are extremely slow with absolutely no customer service and really rude. The manager always has an attitude and refuses to be helpful. I have run to make it before lobby closes at 9 and got there at 8:48pm and met a locked door and was refused at drive thru line without car. You can’t even get a napkin in the evening without ordering on the kiosk first and a minimum of 20 min wait to be told it must be ordered before you can get food drink or even a single sauce they may have missed in order. Refills can never be a different drink without paying for A new one. And any verbal contact take a ridiculous amount of time, especially only to come with rude and lack of service. This is not a kid friendly, maybe not even adult friendly, location.

Ordered food on 2/6/26 at 10:45pm. I asked for a ketchup packet I was told I had to go back around the drive through to pay. I offered cash at the window but was ignored for 3+ minutes until shift manager came around and said the same thing. Employees then refused to give me my receipt. Extremely disappointed in the general manager for telling their employees to ask customers to go back around for a simple ketchup packet and for the service given at this location

If you a out roaring crowd all the time you’re definitely doing something wrong absolutely horrible location won’t even give me a refund for food I clearly ordered through the app and showed the email of the form of payment and that it was today.. first this should just be shut down this location is in the middle of the worst areas in colorado for two all these people around here are very dangerous 3 if you can’t do the simple things to help with guests you really shouldn’t be a location anymore everyone that was here for over an hour and a half and I had to reorder again to even get attended to my money got charged twice and it will not go away I told the employees that and they just won’t get anything at all and the managers are not even wanting to face the issues and do the simplicity of doing a refund. Other visits have been fine but I am not sure what’s going on I need my money back overall from both orders I shouldn’t be waiting over an hour and a half for my food

Recently, I went to this McDonald’s and ordered. First of all, the wait was 25 min, and during that, several people who had ordered after us had gotten their order first before ours. Once we received our order we left, opened it only to see that our straws were missing and chocolate milk was missing from the happy meal, the cheese burger that went with that also had cheese missing from it as well. We ordered a hot n spicy with no mayonnaise to then get one with mayonnaise, cheese, and bacon added to it. They took 25 min to make our order only to mess it up, spent 30 bucks on it. The happy meal was a sad meal. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
