Ewwww, this was not a good experience for me. I ordered the pack of 6 sliders and they were old looking, with soggy bottom bread, and gray meat. I know it’s fast food, but it looks like they were just slapped together. I’m not sure if it’s because I visited later in the evening, but I was totally grossed out by what I received . I had high expectations for White Castle on the East Coast since my experience on the West Coast had been wonderful. I was so wrong, so utterly wrong . Photos attached for reference.

Customer service was great, the cashier friendly and helpful. Ordered the 6 original sliders (with cheese) for $4 deal- the burgers were good, hot and fresh. The chicken rings with cheese were interesting and unique- service was fast and the restaurant was clean.

i’ve never had a good encounter and at the White castles in Allentown, so I drove to Phillipsburg White Castle, and was treated amazing, the employees there very very kind very attentive. If you changed your order slightly, they were not frustrated whatsoever. They accommodated me and I just felt so Welcome, The food was hot taste fresh, and it was so pleasant to drive away with a great bag of food

Never been to a WC but tried it and then had wished I had gone to McD… And that’s a pretty low bar. Sliders were all bread, two bites and no flavor? What’s up with that? Onion rings, well formed but no flavor. Fish slider? Until I put the tarter sauce on it, again, no flavor except a stale oil one.

White Castle hits the spot in a certain way. With no White Castles by me in Southwest Virginia, it has become a family tradition for my siblings and I to make a trip to White Castle in Greenbrook when I am visiting in New Jersey for the holidays, and it’s NEVER disappointed. We love you guys!

My wife and I stopped here on the way home from New York. This is definitely one of the best white castle we been at. Everything was clean and organized, staff is super friendly and food is always good when you on the road. And cute little story on back of the burger was sweet.
I really hope white castle will be around when I can take my own kids here, maybe traveling back from new York on a snowy day; he/she can get the same experience I had when I’m younger.

10/29/24: I stopped in again on my way to WV. I got my usual double White Castles with ketchup. They were juicy and steamed just right with lots of delicious onions. I had 4 of them, and they tasted like they always did. I washed it down with a diet Barqs root beer, a rare thing to find in a fast food restaurant nowadays. I wish there was a White Castle near me in Charleston WV!

I had White Castle burgers as a child (in the midwest). Loved them then, love them from this restaurant. Absolutely delicious. Fast and friendly service, too. I definitely recommend them!

Ridiculous how long it takes to order here. Ordered at the drive-thru at 12:19 p.m. I drove up to the window after ordering 12:20 p.m. I sat there till 12:38 waiting for three cheeseburgers and a soda. Nobody said please hold or let me know what’s going on, just thought they forgot about me. This took so long the lady behind me online who ordered just drove off. And now that I wrote this and started to have my lunch, the soda is flat
