I have not been to a PF Chang’s in about 8 years. Our waiter Mason was fantastic. However… The bartender was incredibly slow, we sat in the bar area, clear view of the bar. Despite a slow night the bartender wasn’t able to keep up, she seemed more interested in chatting with the patrons at the bar instead of making any drinks. One patron at the bar had to wave his credit card in the air for about 38 seconds before getting noticed. Three different waitress and waiters stopped by multiple times to attempt to pickup their drinks for their tables but no drink was around. Bar drinks were disgustingly backed up, and they were “out of ice.” Food was fantastic, again our waiter Mason was amazing, very slow bar service. Music got turned on super loud at 6:38, odd time, and given almost no one was dining it was a surprise. But they turned it down upon request. Food was what I remember it, even better, more variety. However the bar service at this location was very very lacking.

Me and my friends had the best experience!! The cocktails they made were the best – the cherry blossom & the creamy espresso martini The noodles (Pad Thai, Singapore street noodles) were super good as well. I don’t know the name of the bartender but she really did an awesome job!!♥️♥️

There was an issue tonight. They stay pretty busy with to go orders so I’m sure the kitchen gets backed up but they give pretty unreasonable. estimation as to when food is ready and I know that so I gave them plenty of time. They told me 20 minutes so I waited 30 minutes before I left the house and then when I got there, they said there was a pick up station in the back. The two hostesses were otherwise unoccupied. The bar was empty. I walked to the very back where I saw poor door dash drivers waiting and loosing valuable time while being ignored. I stood at the empty pick up station in the far rear next to the emergency exit and looked towards all the staff that was standing around at the front. Finally, after an additional ten minutes of waiting the same hostess who told me to go to the back of the bus came and asked me if I had been helped lol. No, you sent me back here and saw me sitting there with my hands in my pocket. She asked my name and and said my food wasn’t ready. When I frustrated stated that it had already been 40 minutes she held her hand up like a teacher to stop my 40 year old mouth like an insolent child. Finally, an adult showed up and They just asked me for my name and I gave them my last name but they had it under my first name, but the person working at the desk assumed I was a rideshare driver so they treated me like they do all rideshare drivers delivery people which is very disrespectfully. However, unlike most Places nowadays, they had I an an adult in charge who came in, took over and fixed it and made everything right. That’s how stores are supposed to be run and the food is always fantastic so no reason not to give it all the stars. Don’t let a couple bad apples, spoil a whole bunch. The food was fantastic so hats off to BOH and Management for saving the day. But get your FOH in line.

Came here for valentines day dinner with my hubby. We had a amazing experience. We came in was immediately greeted, gave our name for our reservation. It was a little bit of a wait but we where very understanding since it was the weekend and it being a holiday. Once we where called for our table we chose to do the valentines day dinner special. The food was hands down absolutely amazing . Our waitress Sierra was on top of everything, she was very sweet as well. The manager Mary was very nice and accommodating due to me not being able to have raw dairy and needing to substitute out the deserts list. Definitely coming back! 10/10 definitely recommend

Mongolian beef tough and flavor lack luster. 8-9 pieces of tough beef flavorless on about 5 tbsp of rice of which I paid extra $3 for fried and there was nothing in it. The picture shows about 5 times more than the small amount I got for $16.95. Egg drop soup had no flavor and very little other than watery broth with no flavor. Very disappointing to say the least. $42 for lunch that I poured a ton of soy sauce on to get any flavor. $12 for starter that had zero flavor even with added sauce. I always have leftovers, but not today, and still hungry. Pictures are overwhelmingly deceptive! Be careful. No wonder it wasn’t busy during prime time. Waiter was nice and friendly which was a benefit to the day.

We dropped by for lunch and had a wonderful meal. Service was excellent with Zachary helping my 98 yr old dad decide what to order. Green tea helped make the meal satisfying. Portions were large enough for dinner as well.

Our server Katie went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. She was welcoming from the start, knowledgeable about the menu, and checked on us just the right amount. She had such a great attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Her service made a big difference and we truly appreciated it. Outstanding service, Katie!

Great experience here. Had not been in a while. Food was delivered quickly, waitress was very helpful and they currently have a special – 3 course meal for $19.99. Some things ( Like the Lettuce Wraps have a small upcharge). Food was good!!
