What works well here is the overall flow. People move in and out, but the atmosphere never feels chaotic. Everything seems handled smoothly without drawing attention to itself. It gives the impression of a place that values consistency more than showing off.

Listen to the other reviews. I won’t say that I am disappointed or even surprised since the reviews told me what to expect but I thought there was a bit of a chance there was a change. I ordered through Ubereats and literally opened up the sandwich to see the sauce on the outside of the bun with the coldest piece of chicken I have ever tasted. I ordered a few other things just for varieties sake and wished I didn’t. The chicken and fries tasted very old, and the chicken wings were trashed before I could even take a pic. The only thing that was remotely pleasant and worth the money was the baja blast that came with the chicken combo. I can’t speak to the service so this review is strictly about the food.

Just witnessed a health code violation on October 7th, 2025 @ ~ 6:10pm. A customer went through the drive thru, drove off, parked, came in the store and told an employee he had the wrong food. The employee acknowledged he had the wrong food. The employee then proceeded to give the customer at the window the food which was given to the wrong customer driven around the store and then brought back in. I will never trust this location again.

I tried the new beyond Nuggets from KFC. They really taste like chicken if they wouldn’t tell me I wouldn’t realize it. I can only feel the different texture is a little harder than usual but the breading hides it very well.

This rating is based on the food alone and not an actual sit down meal. The Double Down is back on the menu and it’s huge! They are obviously trying to rival Popeye’s in size of the item, as I don’t remember the Double Down being this immense years back when I first tried one. It was piping hot and fresh. The fries were room temperature warm by the time I got them. Had they been hot, or close to hot, I would have given 5 stars, hence the 4 star rating given. If you have not tried a a Double Down, I highly recommend that you do, before KFC takes this off their menu again. Not sure if it’s back for a limited time only. Although if you do, it could very well be your last, as this robust treasure is a potential heart attack in a wrapper. It is overflowing with calories.

I got a bucket last night, July 31, 2022, close to 8PM.
Got home to see how dark, dry and hard the chicken were! They were re-fried! Family hardly ate.
So disappointed!

Upon visiting for an online order pickup, I encountered difficulties as the employees seemed to struggle with communication and locating my order. Unfortunately, I was left without assistance and received no answers to my inquiries. Even when I attempted to contact the store via phone, the last person I spoke to abruptly disconnected the call without addressing my concerns, which I found to be quite discourteous.
I believe effective communication is essential in providing quality customer service. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve the overall experience for your customers.

We went to kfc yesterday (June 10, 2025) at 43951 farewell hunt plaza, Ashburn, VA, and ordered 2 Tuesday specials 8 prices kfc chicken. She, the cashier changed me twice. I confronted the manager after see my charged twice on my card. And the manager checked the posi computer and confirmed (which was a lie) me that they did not charge me twice. By the way, she was very rude. Anyway when I came home and went to my online banking , I saw , instead of charging once for $36.02 charged my twice of $36.02. I herewith attached the receipt of the transaction at kfc. I know the eco6is shaky, but still I don’t think we should be that dishonest for charging twice for the same itens.
