One of the rare restaurants with a play area
The only suggestion I have is to clean the play area. It was very grimy and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I asked for a wipe but they didn’t have so I ended up soaking the napkins in water and just one swipe made the napkin completely black.
We used to go to the play area at Royal palm and they had giant antibacterial wipes and the whole play area was cleaned inside and out.

I’ve always expected consistency and quality from Chick-fil-A, but yesterday’s visit was extremely disappointing.
I went with my two kids and ordered two 12-count nugget meals and one spicy chicken sandwich with a milkshake (not a meal). The total was $41, which already felt excessive for what we ordered.
We then waited at the drive-thru window for an uncomfortably long time just to receive our drinks. It was long enough to feel awkward, and the attendant kept stacking completed meals for the cars behind us while apologetically glancing our way. It didn’t feel organized or efficient.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue came when I started eating my sandwich. About four bites in, I bit into something that felt off. When I pulled it out, it was crumpled soft plastic embedded in the sandwich. I removed multiple pieces. At that point, I couldn’t continue eating it — it was completely off-putting and honestly concerning.
Between the high cost, the long wait, and finding plastic in my food, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect. Food safety shouldn’t be a question.
I hope this location takes quality control more seriously moving forward

Maybe you can put the Chick-fil-A employee just walking around.. out to his car, standing outside to work and drive- thru would be faster. A 10-15 minute wait in a single drive through line at 11:00am is crazy and your locked in – can’t leave with the design!! Someone in the drive-thru window had ZERO clue to what to HE was doing today. Tried to give me two different orders when the car details clearly stated on the receipt what I was driving!! He didnt ask, just passed it into my window and I had to look at the ticket and hand it back. Then on-top of that the fries and chicken sandwich was hard and overcooked, very dry!

We came through the drive today and had an amazing experience, we met Kevin today and he’s an all around all star employee!! You can really tell he cares for the customers and has a great personality + amazing smile! Next time we come we hope to see him in a manager position he deserves it!!

A suggestion to chik fila when you have a drive thru that is packed and a customer that comes into the restaurant to make the breakfast and there is only one person at the register. It now makes it remotely impossible to order breakfast because it ended because only one person was working the register. And I came to this location just a couple days ago and didnt really appreciate the service and missing condiments then. However, there’s always room to grow and do better. I hope thats what they get out this review.

Good good. Moderate wait time once they opened. For whatever reason, they skilled breakfast. Many people waited to be served. There was no signage saying they would open at 10:30 a.m. I only learned from a couple waiting at the door. We had to repeatedly inform other guests as they pulled up. This angered many people. The food was worth the wait though.

Visited Chick‑fil‑A on Thursday, December 4 and was very disappointed with the service. I stood in the only line for over five minutes and was completely ignored — an employee looked right at me but didn’t acknowledge me until I was ready to leave. He then helped someone who walked in for a refill while I had been waiting. I expected better customer service from Chick‑fil‑A; this experience makes me unlikely to return. I’ll be going to the chick-fil-a on state road 7 in royal Palm from now on. They are also rude to law enforcement. One of them tell an officer I won’t give you a discount because I don’t like. The guy didn’t even ask for a discount. The guy said I didn’t ask for one.
