We love Panera, but this particular store is a mixed offering. On our last 2 visits to this store, we ordered the full-size Harvest Medley Chicken Salad. As with the other 2 Paneras we frequent (Hopkinsville, KY & Murray. KY), the taste of this selection was great and the ingredients were fresh. The tables were mostly clean, but the area where you place used plates was overflowing and the high-top counter has been cluttered with boxes of supplies every time we’ve visited. The salad portions are roughly 2/3 of the portions served by the other two stores. The staff at all 3 of the area Paneras are always welcoming and friendly. It’s always good food at any Paneras. We like the chain, but this particular store could step up its game.

First time going to a Panera today, and WILL NOT BE MY LAST! I’m way overly satisfied and also overly impressed! The cashier was so patient with me and so nice and sweet!! They had the food ready(DELICIOUS FOOD)(BIG ORDER) in no time!!! Very very good job to Murray Panera tonight! 1/22/26 5:30 pm you guys rock.

Very posh and nice place. I would highly recommend to anyone. Clean and well lit, spacious and new. Definitely worth the drive if you are from out of town. Hot and fresh seem to be the theme here and you won’t be dissappointed. Priced fairly well, so it will jot break the bank to get your grub on!

We had a a group of 27 people show up with no prior notice. They not only were accommodating, but incredibly efficient and helpful throughout our lunch. Great dining experience. Highly recommend this establishment. First Class hospitality and service. The food was outstanding as well!

There was a Guy, who filled up my half-and-half and he did it with such enthusiasm. He was an older gentleman and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, but it is rare when you find someone who is so happy to be with their work.

Website for discounts is TERRIBLE! Difficult to negotiate & apparently rewards r for drinks only & not just bake goods. Must enter credit card for Sip rewards…only interested in bake goods & not interested in giving my credit card # . Will probably go elsewhere for better discount on bake goods. I’m really disappointed in Panera.
