I love Kroger, but I’m a little disappointed in this location. I could maybe blame it on the app, but why does it say it carries something that it doesn’t? My customer bonus allows me to get a free donut and I go to the bakery and they say, they don’t have that where you could grab a donut and go. Then there’s the ginger ale by schweppes 6pk. I looked for it based off of the app and couldn’t find it, then an associate guided me to the right area and they don’t even carry the ginger ale, just the tonic, and club soda. A complete waste of time. They need to figure out why the app and store aren’t in sync and many times it won’t say something is out of stock. I have to ask an associate. Inconvenient.
