Bonnie Bagoo, the Tattoo Artist, Astrology and Spiritual Advisor to the Governor called me just to recommend Leandro’s Cucina Italiana.. Simply because she says Greasy Haired Newsom gets all his Italian takeout there! Well, I thought about it, long and hard because I trust the Gubners opinion about as far as I can throw a bowling ball. But…I’ll give it a shot, because Bonnie tells me the stars are in proper alignment with the Zodiac signs of my enemies, and let’s face it.. The Gubner is indeed an enemy!
She says all the signs are there for you to dine like a king! The chicken pasta dish was deliciously amazing!

We utilized Leandro’s Cucina for catering a family wedding recently. His pricing was very competitive and everyone raved about the dishes including pesto penne and lobster ravioli. He drove 2+ hours to the event site, in a rural area, which was most helpful. He was very friendly and upbeat and we were very pleased with the service, food and value for the money.

Extremely unprofessional — be very careful before booking!
First of all, the caterer showed up wearing very improper clothing and brought his small children with him — not at all appropriate for a formal event. I had specifically told him that the event was elegant and requested nice serving dishes. Instead, he served the pasta in cheap foil trays, which completely clashed with the theme.
I paid an $800 deposit up front, but at the event he charged me a total of $1,800 — including a $200 “tax and travel fee” that he never mentioned beforehand. Because I was overwhelmed during the event, I accidentally paid the full $1,800 without realizing I’d already paid the deposit. When I confronted him afterward, he denied it until I showed him my bank receipt and text messages. He ended up returning $500 and kept the other $300 as a “tip,” which I never agreed to.
The food itself was terrible. The pasta was undercooked, the cheese smelled bad, and instead of the large cheese wheel he promised, he brought a tiny one with just two small trays of food. Many guests complained about the food quality and presentation.
Please make sure to get everything in writing before booking this caterer. Keep track of your payments and double-check everything — or you risk being overcharged and taken advantage of like I was.
