I bought a side of Big Mac sauce and was presented with a little dab in the bottom of a cylinder cup no bigger than an inch. How do I use this side for my medium sized fries? Our order was wrong. Went inside to also get what I was missing and they told me it would be a couple minutes but then told me it would be about 10 minutes for something they let me order AND didnt even tell me I would have to wait for it or that they didn’t have it at that time.

Always the same problem, I put my order in on the mobile app and they still have me wait over 20 minutes and it’s not ready when I go to pick it up. This is the only McDonalds with that problem.

Ordered from the one on 44th and shields. Didn’t get my cookies that was paid for. My burger had pickles and onion on it when I ordered it without them. Never again will I order food from there. I called to let them know just so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else and got the rudest response. Do better or just stop doing mobile orders.
