We have been comming here for years without complaints. This evening both my mom and I got the same plates Las Nortillitas it took a while to get our order to us but when we did the presentation was better than the stale tortillas we were given. My mom and I ate one when I asked if we could get them redone since the tortillas were stale.. the manager lady said No!! We would have to pay for new order because we had eaten 1 each.. I said I’m not expecting a new order just to redo what we had.. she said No!! I couldn’t believe she’s refusing to give any kind of customer service and instead said she could bring me some tortillas that might be crispy and for us to put our existing toppings on that one!!! I’ve Never heard of such a thing.. Horrible customer service. This was the heavy set manager lady on duty.. we went ahead and did that anyway because it was late to go somewhere else. Be warned people if your food is not as fresh as you expected you will not be given good customer service if you complain. They just lost 2 customers!!!!!

I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. I say this as I walked out of a so-called fancy Mexican restaurant in the Galleria area where they were selling $20 tacos. Tostada Regia is a very friendly place, not trying to be fancy- just a good place to enjoy very flavorful food at decent prices. A great place to bring your family.

We have been coming here for a while, today they dropped the drink on us but we are like you know stuff happens. After that it took em like 45 min to get our food out and they forgot our salsas for our chips then they messed up our order and we still had to pay for their mistake and I asked for sour cream for a plate that’s suppose to come with it and they charged it as an extra. We did not go nowhere else because my kids were hungry already.

Loved this authentic Mexican restaurant and their amazing tostadas! We went here because it looked big enough to handle a large group on a lunch break. We were seated right away and we got huge glasses so refills were not needed. It took a while to get our food but it was worth the wait! We also tried the chicharrone guacamole appetizer which wasn’t your typical chicharrone as there were big chunks of crispy meat that are fried and can be put into a taco. It was interesting. We also ordered some gringo tacos that were served a la carte, they had a nice combination of meat and cheese. The giant tostada looked delicious and had lots of meat on it. Will definitely be back when I can take my time to enjoy the food. Thanks Milton for the great service!

My family and I were in search of good Mexican food and decided to try this place. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. Interestingly, the TVs showcased food advertisements and cooking processes rather than regular TV shows, allowing customers to see exactly what they were ordering.
We tried a variety of drinks such as the Hibiscus and the Horchata, both of which were delicious and not overly sweet.
For an appetizer, we ordered the Molcajete de Chicharrón. It was delightful, with crispy chicharrones and tasty onion bulbs. The guacamole was decent, though I’ve had better.
The portion sizes were generous for the price. I had the Enchiladas Suizas, which were excellent, particularly the sauce. My brother chose the Burrito Regia, a gigantic serving. My father enjoyed his cheesy quesadillas and the accompanying salsa. My mother had the Crispy Tacos, which were indeed very crispy.
Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again.
