I went out with a friend to have some appetizers and a drink and received STELLAR service from Logan! He was attentive, beyond kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu’s contents. He informed us about some drink specials that we were not aware of, and recommended drinks that we loved. We truly appreciated his energy and are so grateful to him.
We received our appetizers very quickly and they were delicious! We highly recommend the pick-three appetizer option.
All in all, a lovely night. We definitely recommend Logan as a server if he’s available!

I was very disappointed in how slow their service was. We were sat at a table with a non working kiosk and the server waited 10 minutes before coming to take our order.
We ordered the Asian zing boneless tenders which tasted more like teriyaki and then the shrimp& bourbon chicken which was more like baked chicken minus the bourbon..
Definitely not coming back here to this location. The only good drink that was worth it was the Berry blue blast mountain dew.

The signage outside completely blocks the restaurant and the restaurant is not even on the signage. Theb once you actually FIND the restaurant this place is etremely hard to get into like Fort Knox. I drove circles around it trying to find decent parking, all the spots are very far from the building. Its best to park on one of the 5 parallel spots that are barely paintaed .Customer service is mediocre, i got a strange look wheb i asked jlynn for help. I find it odd that a restaurant wouldn’t have a low calorie (alcoholic) beverage option…why is that? It makes it difficult for patrons with the beetus. The dining room as way too bright, the atmosphere is like walking into a well lit cafeteria even at 2300. Oh and they were out of EVERYTHING we wanted to order, so dont come here on a Sunday night, your anniversary, or better yet just dont come for dinner. Your best bet is to come during lunch before they run out of food. This places ONLY svaing grace are its cooks. The steak was extremely good and so are the potatoes. I REALLY wanted to give them a lower rating but who ever was cooking on earth wind and fire September 21st 2025 day IS AN AMAZING COOK and deserves a raise

During this visit we received exceptional service from Logan! He provided us with lots of insight on the drinks available at the bar and the contents which make them up. He has extended knowledge of the drink menu! He was very polite, with a sense of humor. He wrote down our order and asked if we needed anything else. He also checked in often seeing if we needed new drinks. He brought the food out and checked on us a few minutes later. He is simply one of the best servers!

Took 35 min to get my food. Resturant was half full. Food was not hot at all. You could tell it sat in the window for a bit. It was obvious our server was new. But she was really trying. She always had a smile and was pleasant. Usually they are on top of it and fast. But overall was good.

I was informed that my family went to Applebees for a relatives birthday. Seemingly the waitress was barely at the table and it took multiple times to get a manager. Also 2+ hour wait on food. Eventually when the manager was found, they suddenly had an attitude because there were multiple issues. Cold food and a beyond long wait time. To which no one cursed or got an attitude despite the staffs clear annoyance. In which they gave two options to fix the issue. The could REHEAT the cold dry food, or remake it. Yes. Seriously. Of course my family told them of course they wanted it remade. In which the staff member proceeded to call the police for NO REASON. No one cursed, screamed, or even physically hurt the staff. They then told one of my relatives they had to leave. Despite doing NOTHING. The rest of my family didn’t have to. She proceeded to say she wanted to stay so her sons could eat to which the officer told her no. Will NEVER, be returning again.

I just picked up a curbside order and paid over $50 for my family’s food and we didn’t notice that we didn’t get the 2 orders of my French onion soup so we had to go back to get it. When my husband gave them to me, it was pretty much a hard price of cheese on top and no soup at the bottom. Very depressing because I was truly looking forward to the soup because that’s all I ordered for myself to eat and I love French onion soup! Do better next time. See attached photo of my “soup”

Waited 2 hours for 2 burgers, chicken Parmesan, and a kids tender meal. Staff was rude when we asked for an ETA on our meal. Everyone around us was seated, ordered received meals and left before we even got anything. Manager acted like we were the problem and took a burger off the check. Terrible service and food. Pasta wasn’t cooked and when asked how it was, we were honest and disappointed with the reaction of the manager chuckling under his breath. Wouldn’t recommend eating here go anywhere else. All this we were trying to keep our 2 year old occupied waiting for his food for over 2 hours. Staff stood around and ignored anything that was asked about the issue. There were multiple other couples there having the same issue. One couple walked out. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

My fiance and I stopped in today, Valentines Day for dinner. The wait ti be seated was only about 10 minutes. Once we was seated the waitress got our drinks and took our order. We both got meals and no appetizers. It took at least 40 minutes to get our food. He got the bourbon chicken/shrimp w/fries, & I got bourbon steak and mac/cheese. I asked for my steak to be completely done absolutely no pink. It was pink on inside. Under my steak was a ton of onions bit 1 slice of a?mushroom. I asked for more because that’s what I like to eat with that steak and it took another 15 minutes or so before she brought them out. They were not fully cooked and I was charged for them. (Which I thought was suppose to be with my steak & onions). Both of our plates had so much grease on them everything was soggy. I ate my Mac & cheese but not my steak. We spent $49 and it definitely was not worth it and we will not be back. When I asked the manager about our food because it had been 40 minutes he corrected me and said 33 minutes and it will be out in approx 5/6 more minutes. Well that might be the time it showed when our waitress put our order in but it was close to 50 minutes before we got our food from the time we placed our order. So I’m not sure what took her so long to put it in. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The 2 bites of steak I did take a bite of was extremely chewy. I ended up having to spit it out.
