It has been a while since we came to Outback Steakhouse, but we had good experiences at that time.
As you can see in the pictures, we ordered the full rack of baby back ribs, the 8oz Outback steak, and one of the specialty hamburgers. To be honest, the hamburger was the best overall in terms of taste, size, and price. The baby back ribs tasted good, but for a $30 plate, it was poor on meat; it was mostly bones. The steak had good seasoning, but the meat itself was not the best.
By the way, they still have the courtesy bread, and it is good. We also had the onion soup and the baked potato soup as appetizers.

We came in to celebrate a birthday with three pastors, and overall had a really nice experience. Our original reservation was for 10 people, but more guests ended up joining us. Our server, Will, was very accommodating and handled the changes with patience and professionalism. He made sure everyone was taken care of and kept things running smoothly for our large group.
The service was excellent thanks to Will. The only downside was my meal — the steak was overcooked and the onions were a bit too salty for my taste. Aside from that, everything else went well and the service really stood out. Thank you, Will, for taking great care of our group!

This is valentines night. Just came from there after waiting and hr outside and almost 40 min for food I understood the wait. I wasn’t tooo pleased with the way my food was cooked I ordered the pasta and chicken w/shrimp the pasta was not well cooked. I complained and bought me back same texture. Earlier I ordered a to go meal the same as what my spouse ordered as he sat and eat all his food his food looked pleasing. The baked potato was fixed up and broccoli was fresh. The order I got to take home was disgusting looking. I should have looked at the food before leaving restaurant. Not plzed at all. And spent all this $ and really and truly overall the food has no unique flavor just bluuuhh
And the pics that are shown is the exact way I got it. As thou we got peoples left over broccoli disgusting and potato not even fixed up….

A good experience at the restaurant. My ribeye was very good , tender, juicy. The mash potato did not have any flavor, Caesar salad was good. The lowest point was the bread, not the same bread I used to love.

stopped by outback steakhouse and had a pretty good meal. the complimentary bread and butter came out warm and soft, and honestly easy to fill up on if you’re not careful. i ordered the aussie cheese fries to start, and they were cheesy, crispy, and exactly the kind of appetizer you crave at a place like this. for my entrée, i went with the salmon, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. the salmon was nicely seasoned, the mashed potatoes were smooth and soft but not my favorite, and the mac and cheese was simple but had a nice kick. overall, a solid, comfort food kind of dinner.

Service was great but that is where the the good ended. I went with my wife on a date night. Dre the server was awesome. Took our drink and food orders and was a pleasant gentleman. When the food arrived my 8 oz filet look like a small pork chop while my wife’s 6 oz filet looked huge. I asked the person who dropped the food if this was correct and she said yes. I pointed out that this was clearly not what I ordered and she sent over the manager Steph. Steph was rude, abrasive and argued with me that the steak was correct even though it clearly wasn’t. She finally said “give me the plate I will have it remade”. After she left my wife cut into her steak that was almost raw after ordering medium well. We called Steph back over who then proceeded to take her steak and tell us that they reversed the steaks on the order. The way she spoke to us made me feel as if she was blaming us for the mix up. At no time did she apologize for Outbacks error. I will not go back to this restaurant and pay my hard earned money to have a manager speak to me and my wife like this.

Stop by Outback, and glad my wife and I did. From the start, the staff was great the host was welcoming and attentive.
Our server, Will, was excellent. He was very attentive, gave great recommendations, and took our order promptly. Although my food initially came out incorrect (I ordered grilled chicken and received fried chicken), both Will and management handled it perfectly. They apologized right away, corrected the issue immediately, and went above and beyond to make things right.
Because of the service and how well the situation was handled, we will definitely be back. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So initially host tried to sit my party at the literal back of the restaurant. Literally the last table in the back near the restroom after walking past many available tables. After being seated, it took the server Melissa(older Caucasian lady) 8 minutes to come over (yes i timed it) ..
She say’s “welcome, you’all set?” And I’m literally baffled. Is that anyway to greet someone? So I say to her “hi, whats your name? Is that how you greet someone?” She looks a bit thrown off by what I said, but lets be forreal she was rude and anything but welcoming and she knows it. She tried to start over and do a proper greeting but the damage was already done. My partner & I left and decided to eat elsewhere.
I also don’t think I need to point out my skin color, just by reading this I’m sure you know. I’ve been in the restaurant biz for over 10years and Im sure she stereotyped us from the moment we sat down. Do better!!!!!

The food was average, to be honest like any other chain restaurant food.
Service was terrible, it felt like it was a joke. The host was telling that they could not accommodate us because they did not have tables big enough for our group (5 people), so they accommodate us in a table for 4, weird thing they have more than 10 empty booths… Then the waitress was rushing us to order, then she disappear.
The guy who brought us the food did not even say hi, even though I say hi to him twice.
I would not recommend this place, and definitely not going back.
To many staff members doing nothing, and those working, giving a deficient service.
