Placed a pickup order at 12:45am. I had worked late and it was one of the only places to go. I ordered a medium supreme pizza and an order of bacon cheese FRIES. I could count the waffle fries in the box they looked so pitiful. They said 15 mins. So I sat and waiting in my car for 20 mins and went in just to wait another 10-15 mins. I get home to find I was given waffle fries which I’m not very found of even chick fil a I think are gross. The pizza was THE most pitiful pizza I’ve ever seen. I could have gotten a better one from a gas station and at $16 I would expect at least a decent amount of toppings. There was only a couple pieces of sausage on the entire thing. Pepperonis scattered here and there. Definitely skimped on the toppings. I was also supposed to get dipping sauce with my fries, which I did not get nor did I get any sauce with the pizza that I had asked for. At a total of $26 I was pretty peeved once I got home and how terrible and wrong it was. On top of that I was really craving some wing and I didn’t get them because it would have been another almost $20. Well, I was standing there waiting and decided to look at the menu and on the menu were several coupons one coupon for a large pizza Price that I paid for the medium pizza and then another coupon for a pound of wings and a medium pizza for $20. They could at least at the counter say hey, we have some specials if you’d like to look at them. The worker was the only one there at the moment and he was busy with DoorDash orders and walk-in and call in orders so really can’t be mad at him. But for almost $30 for a personal size pizza with VERY little toppings and a few a waffle fries barely covered in anything I was so mad I didn’t even want to eat. When I went to go place my review, I see this seems to be a problem that this location has with skimping out on the amount of food they give you which is wild with the amount the food costs. I had never been here, through the years, I’ve only heard but things but my husband insisted since bad ass Philly was closed. The next best thing was Chanellos. I really wished the food it was decent because there was coupons are good deals!!

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. This has got to be the worst location that I’ve ever dealt with aside from the fact that the past three times I’ve ordered pizza. It has been incorrect. I still give them a chance because they’re the only chanellos that delivers to my home. I would rather pick up from Hopewell, then deal with anything that clocks in at colonial Heights. So, this evening I decided to place an order for delivery like I usually do. I never have problems with the delivery driver. They’re always great. Aside from the people who prepare the orders I usually don’t have a problem. But this evening I got a delivery driver who stated she was new to this location and she definitely fits right in with the short tattooed, bad teeth and even worse attitude, young lady who works in the actual location they are like two peas in a pod, lol they might even be sisters, considering they both have a terrible attitude the thing that pulled up in A small white car to deliver my food proceeded to call me to let me know she was outside in the rain waiting in her car for me to come out to pick my order up. I asked her could she please come to my door she stated that she was not allowed to bring the food to my door. It was against their policy. I found that funny considering I order quite often and the two gentleman that usually deliver always bring the food to my door. I let her know that I could not leave out of my apartment because I had a baby that would be unattended and I would not be bringing him out into the rain. Could she please come to my door she said no so I come outside. She had an issue with telling me what car she was in When I finally got that information from her. I asked her to please drive over to where I was standing because she was across the parking lot a good ways. She said I’m literally right here. And refused again to walk my food to me. I let her know that if she could not bring me my food, she could take it back to the store and she spins tires in the parking lot pulling off so fast from my Apartment Complex. I hope she didn’t wreck her car on the way back to the store! lol I’m sure you can imagine how the phone call to the store went. Again the short white girl that wears a bun on top of her head and act like she hates her job every time I deal with her, answer the phone and was completely uninterested in what I had to say. I already saw that coming when I heard it was her who answered the Phone. I put in my complaint anyways, although I know nothing will come about it. I proceeded to place my order with Hopewell who took my order over the phone. The gentleman was very nice and polite and like I said it’s a pleasure to drive to Hopewell instead of dealing with The terrible attitude and service of their brand new employee and the thing that works behind the counter . I would definitely beware of this location. Go to hopewell They take great care of you. The food looks great and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Picked up a Philly Friday night. $8 and it felt light like it was only a loaf of bread. Honestly would have been better than this burnt attempt at a sandwich. Just a few crumbles of burnt meat and the rest Cheese and veg. I don’t know how you serve this to anyone. This branch been downhill for years, stopped coming long ago but went to VA beach and had a Philly there and it was amazing! Spoiled me enough to give this branch another try. Wasted money. Threw it away and heated up a frozen meal. Never again. They skimp on the pizza toppings too but it only thing to get from them if your desperate at night as I was at work Friday night. Wish I would have went to gas station. Soo sad because 10 years ago I was here twice a week!

I’ve only dined with chanellos for the last 8 years… their menu and execution has improved over time. We ordered a thin crust and pan crust, sausage, pepperoni,and cheese pizza’s. When we put in our order, it was quite late, but that isn’t an excuse for poor customer service. The phone operator taking the order was not as pleasant but the order was filled. Both pizza’s were delicious and fresh.. the cheesecake that we ordered were delicious as well.

These just might be the worst wings I’ll ever eat in my life. On uber eats it said 1lb of wings for $16 which i thought sounded like a good deal. But the taste made it not worth it AT ALL. The “ranch” was also flavorless and didn’t do much for the wings at all either.

Just picked up big boy pepperoni pizza from Chanellos in Colonial Heights got home pizza literally has 12 pepperonies. Called the shop lady that answered the phone said they now make the pizza with the pepperoni under the cheese she made the pizza. What kind of stupid response is that? Pepperoni is a topping so why put it under the cheese she said next time if I want it on top let the cook know so they can make it how I want. She didn’t try to resolve the issue this is a cheese pizza not pepperoni. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Not too bad for what it is, it works in a pinch. Definitely not the best pizza shop in Colonial Heights, but pretty good nonetheless. The bbq chicken is pretty good. The hours really good too for those late night munchies! Also they deliver which is great! One negative is the delivery charge I think the driver should get most of that but doesn’t.
