Food is usually pretty decent. But EVERY single time I get a burger with no mayo add mustard it ALWAYS has mayo and no mustard. It gets frustrating.

I went threw the drive threw and sat for 10 minutes . Got my food and drink I ordered a route 44 drink strawberry limeade and took a big drink and it brunt my throat. I got to looking and my drink and it’s white. I won’t be going back. I love Sonic not no more

Waited 16 mins in the drive thru for two meals and a sandwich. There was only one other car on the lot when I pulled up. Watched 2 other cars that arrived after me get their orders before mine and at least one was food because they tried to give someone else’s order to me. And my order wasn’t right. Almost $35 for 2 meals with only medium drinks and one sandwich. Incredibly overpriced for the quality of the food and service. Won’t be back. I could have went into a sit down restaurant and ate for the same price.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They forgot my large sprite and when I back to get it, the lady kept interrupting me. Was finally able to get it and left. Ran into another problem! Hair in the chili cheese fries!!! What a disappointment!! I was not gonna go back to argue with the same lady.. Never had these kind of problems here. I ended up just throwing everything out since seeing the hair. Seeing everything just made me want to gag!

Chili cheese tots are good, but ask for extra cheese. The oreo cheesecake master shake is delicious. The cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger are good. The sauce on the smashburger takes a bit to adjust to. Cherry vanilla coke is good. It’s sad they discontinued the chocolate syrup option.

Tried to order through the app it failed talked to a supervisor he told me he could not honor the the half off drinks and if I was unhappy with that I did not have to order then walked off terrible service terrible management order elsewhere

Spent $40 today at sonic and wasn’t happy with a single item we got. I typically keep my complaints to myself and just deal with it. But it’s extremely upsetting when I paid money for EXTRA Reese’s in my blast and I have yet to find a SINGLE Reese’s. It’s just chocolate ice cream. On top of that, every burger we ordered was thrown in the trash because the buns were completely soggy due to the grease. Grease was PUDDLED in the wrappers. We spent FORTY dollars for what?!
