This Chipotle location is a masterclass in how to run a franchise into the ground. It is, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
From the moment you walk in, you are hit with a wall of blaring rap music that makes it impossible to even hear yourself think, let alone order. The staff doesn’t bother communicating; they just mumble and stare, treating every basic request like a massive inconvenience. Professionalism is non-existent here.
The state of the kitchen is genuinely stomach-turning. There is a visible, filthy buildup of dirty dishes and containers cluttered throughout the open prep area. The service line is just as bad—sloppy, unkempt, and caked with old food. Nothing looks fresh. Flies everywhere. If you value your time, your appetite, or basic hygiene, stay far away from this location. It’s a disaster from the management down.
UPDATE: Thank you for the response, but I’ve noticed that this same ‘concerns to hear’ message with the same link has been sent to dozens of other 1-star reviewers over the past year. Despite those reports, the issues with hygiene (flies, dirty dishes) and unprofessionalism remain exactly the same. It is clear that the feedback loop is broken. Instead of a link to a contact form, what is the management actually doing to address the sanitation and staffing issues that have plagued this location for 12+ months?

They just served me raw chicken. Just got a bowl 30 mins ago, ate half of it just to find out that the chicken is raw. I tried calling to warn them about what they’re serving, but of course you can never ever reach a person. This is wildly unacceptable and I want a refund ASAP. Unbelievable.

I had a terrible experience here. Every time I come during lunch or dinner, they never have anything available. This is a consistent issue and clearly shows poor management. A restaurant should not be constantly out of food during peak hours.
On top of that, around 10 PM—when the restaurant clearly closes at 11 PM—one of the staff members tried to kick us out and yelled at customers in the restaurant. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. No one should be spoken to like that, especially when the restaurant was still open.
This place seriously needs new management. Between the lack of food and how customers are treated, it’s obvious things are not being run properly. Something needs to change.

Honestly i didn’t want to leave any stars because this place SUCKS, this is the 4th time i have placed an order here and it has been wrong or not come at all. This is completely unacceptable, i don’t know if its the workers there or the management but someone is incompetent and needs to be fired or they need to fire the WHOLE staff and start over. I’m beyond pissed so save ur money people and dont order delivery from here!! if you absolutely have to just go inside and get ur food so they don’t mess it up like they do everything else!

I sometimes stop at this location on my commute home from work, and there is almost always something missing from my pickup order. The most recent time, they gave me an online order with a completely different name on both bowls. I started to drive away, then noticed the mistake, and came back to get the correct order. My food had already been picked up by someone else, so they had to make it again. I did not want to stand there and watch the gentleman making my food because he should know how to do his job, but when I got home after a 20‑minute drive, I noticed the guac was missing from a bowl (which is an extra charge) and other ingredients were missing from my burrito. Maybe I should have watched him make my food. It is very disappointing to work a 10+ hour shift, look forward to a filling meal, and find that the order is wrong yet again.

Nice place! It is cute, great stop for road trips. They didn’t accept payment by card that day and we have to order online and wait. But it was worthy because it has quesadillas when you do online orders. Delicious. Very recommended.

Staff is nice but they said management wont let them give out water cups. had no vinaigrette for my bowl, handed me a fork because they didnt have any out presumably to save money, what a penny pinching joke of a location

I ordered thought a food app a high protein bowl and a kids quesadilla. The protein bowl barely had any chicken and was missing the beans. The quesadilla was missing the beans, kids chips and the juice. When I tried to make a complain, the system does not allow because I ordered through a food app, although it was the Chipotle restaurant that prepared the food. A complete mess. Please don’t order from this restaurant!!!

When I first moved here I loved this place. Being a person in culinary. I feel they over portion sounds crazy right. The workers don’t seem enthusiastic as they were the last visit. The place needs to be cleaned. Every time you make a order the counter should be cleaned. If it wasn’t for my daughter craving it I would have left. Maybe the workers need some positive encouragement they just seemed down and frustrated but still were prompt and efficient in getting food out
