They will never answer the phone. The employees get paid to sit in there cars in the back parking lot instead answering the phone or doing their job. I’ve been coming here for years I drive 30 minutes just to come to this specific one. Over the past year the new people who have been hired lack any competence at all. I give up on this little cesars its going to go out of buisness running things like this. The people who work there now all need to be fired!!!!!! If not they will be out of a job any way because this place will go out of buisness with service like this !!

Great experience. We ordered ahead for our son’s 10th bday. Pizzas were hot and perfect. The employee told me son happy birthday and handed him a bunch of cookies!! Looking forward to our next visit

Stephanie is a great member of their team, seems super hard working, & takes pride in her pizza making skills. Puffs were perfect so was the cheese sticks.

I ordered a pizza breadsticks and puffs. I get there and my pizza was just siting out and the woman that was working seemed like the only one working hard. The other ones were just talking and walking around. Finally get my food get home to find that the cold pizza is wrong. The sticker on it even says EMB Pep nope not what I got it’s plain cheese. I’ll drive to the hiddenite one from now on.

Understaffed, extremely slow, all I ordered was Italian cheese bread and had to wait an hour. This is not the employees fault but management needs to get it together. Everyone knows that Sunday lunch time is a mad house anywhere and those poor employees were catching the short end of the sticks. I will say the staff were very apologetic and nice but they shouldn’t be put under the pressure of a Sunday lunch

The employee was working alone at the time of my ordering. He asked me very nicely to move to the parking lot adjacent to the restaurant until my order was ready. He was exceptionally courteous and brought my order to me, piping hot and with a smile.

This location cuts off card orders on line. Beware this can and did lock my card. They also won’t pick the phone up to take orders either. Do better please. Where is there manager at really.

This was the best but went down hill recently. They burn the pizza and just send it. No apologies but offer a replacement. Must be common because of how quick the manager handled it.
