Place is in rough shape. 1/4 of the ordering kiosks have been removed. Half of the remaining ones don’t function. And the ones that do the card readers no longer work and the speakers barely work. Also been several times I stopped by and their “system” didn’t pick up that i was in the drive through, so a line formed while I was waiting for someone to take my order, and had to drive around and get at the back of the line. Overall food is good, and service is good, but equipment is in such rough shape it makes it a hassle sometimes.b

Been through the drive through a few times recently but had never been to this location before. Definitely the best experiences I’ve had from any sonic I’ve been to and I traveled for work for years so I’ve seen 20+. Very good job! Great food! Great service!

I was pretty upset with today’s experience. I placed a mobile order and checked in when I arrived. I arrived just a couple minutes before the estimated arrival time and waited until til 15 minute after that time to call the restaurant to ask about my order. I was told someone would bring my order out immediately..meaning it had sat for a while even though I was there. Someone brings out my order and not only is there a drink missing but the two slushes I got for my girls were completely melted except a small amount…again meaning they had sat for a while. I told the employee my drink was missing and that the slushes needed to be remade. He was very apologetic and took the slushes back to be remade. He came out a few minutes later with my drink and the new slushes. I drive off only to discover the “make it dirty” I paid $1.30 extra for wasn’t even in my drink. It is always an issue coming to this location. Either the order is wrong or it takes forever when they are not even busy. I didnt ask for anything for free but provably should have. I am flabbergasted that this employee thought those first set of slushes were even acceptable to bring out to us. I’d like to give him the benefit of the doubt because he was kind and got the brunt end of my attitude, but I don’t think we’ll be going back there.

I usually like sonic I actually left a good review a couple of weeks ago but the guy working tonight has a poor attitude. He brought me the wrong order the first time which was no big deal because he went back and corrected it but when he handed me my drink, he was very rude after I thanked him and rolled his eyes and said “yep” . I know from personal experience fast food is not everyone’s first choice but you don’t have to be rude, after all I am the one spending my money at your place of work which provides you a paycheck.

My wife ordered on line and it wasn’t ready when I got there. They were busy and no one was standing around so I didn’t mind the wait. My sandwich had the onions on it that my wife ask for on hers. I eat onions also so this time it didn’t matter. We will try again another day.

If I could give them a zero I would. Service is terrible. I called to ask as to why ordering via the app is almost never available and she (vey rudely) hung up on me. I was standing across the street in front of the Animal Hospital at the time!! I wish I had caught her name. I guess I’ll have to walk another 1/2 mile south on Vandalia Street to the Moto gas station to buy my drinks. Normally that would not be an issue, but I am handicapped due to a stroke I suffered and my walking is limited to (and slowed by) a rollator. At least I know Moto will welcome my business. Pitiful and unprofessional!

Super nice people, but my Sonic blast had almost nothing in it. It was basically just a cup of vanilla ice cream with some chocolate sprinkled on top. I ended up putting it in the freezer and going to the the store to buy items to put in it.
