If I could give a 0 I would. Not only did I have to wait an hour for my order as well as 7 other people waiting and NO ONE in front and the two boys (acted like boys) were definitely high walking slow and tripping over their own feet and moving in an extremely slow pace. My food is burnt and cold! I live across the street. There should be no way! NEVER coming here again. Do better.

Super awesome young man on duty when I picked up my pizza tonight. Very polite and friendly. The staff is always nice. I have no idea how I have been missing out on eating Little Caesars all these years but the pizza is freaking delicious and hot. Great job to the team.

This location is a complete joke. I waited 45 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, and when I finally got my food, it was wrong.
Wrong toppings, the pizza looked burnt, and the whole thing was just sloppy like nobody cared at all. How do you mess up a simple order after making someone wait almost an hour?
This is not the first time they’ve gotten it wrong, and I’m done giving them chances. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

I wish I could give this store a zero rating. I ordered a single cheese pizza and one order of bread sticks online because the few times I’ve just walked in, nothing is ever “hot and ready”. So to avoid this, I pre-ordered online with a pickup time. My son and I walk into the store (no other customers were in the lobby) and it was almost 20 minutes before I was spoken to. Another man walked in minutes after us and he unfortunately stood at the counter and was helped first. Then, another family was helped because he saw his stack of 7 pizzas sitting in the back. When a worker finally asked me for my name, he immediately brought our order out. It wasn’t in the oven, it wasn’t in the warmer – it was just sitting on a table in the back while they were getting other orders together. We live less than 7 minutes from the store and the pizza was barely warm. The cheese had hardened. The bread sticks? Same. Cold. I wish I would have looked at the store or said something on the moment. 20 minutes of pure silence to get cold food is ridiculous.

The two pizzas we ordered were burned! The two dips we ordered and paid for were missing! The viggie pizza was a joke! The viggies were only in the middle and the rest was just covered with over cooked burned dry cheese! The stuffed crazy bread was nothing like the photos. It was greasy and not fresh!
And of course no one is picking up the phone!

Look at the picture and tell me that’s a pretzel crust. Consistently below average. Placed an order for pick up at 6:30, was more than 10 minutes late. They didn’t cook things correctly, missing items and toppings regularly. This time I ordered the new puffs, they didn’t have the seasoning, which is crucial in my opinion. Disappointed once again.

The staff here is so KIND! I forgot to pick up a pizza I ordered and called 3 hours later, AND THEY MADE IT FRESH FOR ME! As usual the pizza was yummy but the staff is where the prize is! Thank you guys so very much!!!
