Love Dickey’s Barbecue! All the meats are tender, flavorful and just plain delicious! The sides are good as well. They are a great idea for your catering needs. My son’s church uses them all the time for special events and we will be using them for my son’s upcoming wedding. They might be a little pricier than others but you get what you pay for and this is good quality food. A nice little added touch, if you dine in, you get free little ice cream cones, which are by the drink station. I would also like to point out that they have the “good snowball ice”, which hardly anyone has. Give Dickey’s a try!

First of all the employees working was so rude . I ordered from this place if I could rate it 0 stars I would , I ordered 2 2 meat plates , when I got there my food wasn’t even ready but was still cold when I ate it , than I ordered bacon & onions green beans & that is what I received in the picture , also I order 2 brisket Mac & cheese & they gave me a container of pinto beans . I will never order from here again , it was so nasty . The meat was so dry .

Placed an order for curbside pickup. I had to call in 15 minutes after the pickup time and having checked in. After about another 10 minutes of waiting I decided to go in and was told my food was already bagged up and ready. Even after all of this delay food was missing from the order. Might understand if this place was busy but there was literally one other person in the restaurant and they had already been served. This was an awful experience and the food portions were also smaller than I have had at other locations. Overall just not worth it. I’ve included a picture of what is supposed to be “sliced brisket.”
UPDATE: I spoke with a store manager who promised a refund but that was never processed. I also reached out to the Dickey’s account that responded to this review after it was posted. They never replied. Seems as if they only want to give the impression that they care about their customers.

Absolute garbage. I recently ordered dickies 2 weeks in a row. Complete failure on their end. I did not take a picture the 1st week of the charcoal burnt brisket they served me. But here is the double smoked chicken they chopped up into taco meat. This was week 2.
Left several voice messages with the corporate customer service number about the food quality. Not one single returned call.

I placed my order online. And waited for the selected delivery time. Past my selected time and waited for a few more minutes. And nothing. So my wife and I tried calling and no one answered. So I jump in my truck to see what was going on and I find out the place was closed. My account got charged for my order with out the store being opened. How does that work. I get to the front door and I see this sign that says store closing at 3:30 on 1/20/24 regular hours will resume on the 21st. And guess what today isb1/21/24 and it’s 8:20 pm and store is closed. Will be disputing this charge on my account.

I have ordered the giant loaded baked potato from rancho location and Victorville location. But what they gave me at this area. Location isn’t even the giant load of baked potato! My son waited for 35 minutes to get a potato with a dollop of sour cream and two pieces of meat. This is unacceptable and ridiculous!

This place had very friendly customer service, prices were on the little high side, food was good along with the barbecue sauce; if it was a little warmer it would of been great, the rules of the deals aren’t displayed as well as my family and I hoped.

I got the three meat platter and was extremely disappointed. The brisket had no flavor neither did the pulled pork and the jalapeño sausage was dried out! Everything tasted like it was old. The coleslaw also had no flavor. The brisket chili was good and their BBQ sauce was the best part. Definitely disappointed for having spent $30 and I didn’t finish any of what I ordered.
