This place needs work. There were absolutely no other customers, yet they continued to be extremely slow. We went through 3 different waiters and waitresses, and finally, a manager took our order after receiving no service whatsoever from the other wait staff. We are still waiting on the glass b of waters we ordered to be brought out to this day, and we have left. Because they never came nor did anyone bring them. Then I guess they thought we were supposed to eat with our hands because no eating utensils were provided, so we had to ask someone for these necessity items as well. The food took a long time to come out for what reason we don’t know. But even wynn it came out, it was wrong. We didn’t even feel like waiting even longer for someone to come help because the staff all seemed too busy each on their individual phones to help the actual customers who were dining at the restaurant. We just felt with the issue ourselves. We will more than likely skip this location and find another of we are looking to visit a Denny’s to eat. No manager tried to step in and apologize for the continued issues and the wrong orders, nor did they offer to do anything for the inconvenience. This is the sad reality at location, which was probably why no one else was there. We should have taken the emptiness as a hint.

I’ve been attending this location for about 8 years and I haven’t seen a better server than Ana. She trully embodies the spirit of working at Dennys and serving the community. It was really easy to get along and to conversate, it felt like talking to a friend.

We had a great time dining here on a Sunday morning. We got seated promptly even though they were busy and our server Ana was such a sweetheart. It is Denny’s so you know what the food should taste like. In my case I tried the apple crisp pancakes and wow they were excellent. I can around 12 am and was treated so kindly. The staff was attentive to everyone who came in. I say at the counter and even the woman cooking gave a big smile and said hello. I was coming through the area after a Texans football game and headed to Waco. With a chain restaurant that is run well and has great staff you can’t go wrong. It is the poorly run chains that can ruin the expectations and experience. This was not a poorly run place and the staff working on Thursday the 20th of November, 2025 should be highly commended for their efforts.
