When we first pulled up to the drive thru we witnessed a manager of some kind fussing the order taker at the car ahead of us…we should have left then, but then we go to order and after we place more than half our order we are told they are out of mac and fries; which was on more than half of our order….we then remove the meals and just order the sandwiches, nuggets, and one drink, which she couldn’t even get that right; we still got charged for fries (that they didn’t have), so while waiting at the window they proceeded to ask what we want to replace the fries it with…had to wait 10 minutes to receive our order…while waiting we watched the window worker drop an entire order on the ground, pick it up, and still serve it to the neighboring car; then instead of the 2-12 pc nuggets we PAID for; they give us 2-8 pc nuggets….
We will not be returning to this location…

Great place amd fast service but they always forget my straws and napkins. Not a big deal when I’m heading home but most day we are eating on the go so I’ve learned to keep extra in my car.

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over an hour, multiple dashers were assigned, and in the end I never even got my order. On top of that, I wasn’t given a refund for all the time and frustration this caused. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
Chick-fil-A got to work on their delivery orders.
