I spent over $40 on my meal from Texas de Brazil, and the quality was honestly unacceptable. I ordered the garlic picanha medium to medium-well, and what I received was completely burnt, dry, and tough — well beyond well done. There was no way anyone looked at that and thought it was okay to send out. I could barely bite into it.
On top of that, my lobster bisque had an unbelievable amount of oil sitting on top — easily close to 50 ml. It was literally a layer of orange oil, and the soup tasted just as bad as it looked. I don’t understand how this was approved to go out to a customer.
For the price, the quality should be much higher. This was a complete waste of money, and I’m honestly shocked this was delivered in this condition. Very disappointed.
This was a delivery order so I cannot speak to the ambience or the service of the restaurant. But I can speak to the fact that someone boxed this up and sent this to a customer and that is completely unacceptable. Where’s management?

Kevin the manager was so nice and helpful. Can definitely tell he’s a big part of why its a great place to eat. The staff bringing the meat and servers were friendly as well! The food was INSANE. Everything so good, and actually seasoned and flavorful! Its expensive forsure but definitely will be back!

Food was good and the service was also exceptional. Everyone from the servers to the host and manager was super accommodating. If I had to ding anything it would be the weird bathroom lay out but it was clean so that would only be a minor grievance.

This Texas de Brazil location did not live up to locations in other cities I have been to in the past. First off there were servers standing around all telling us they will be right with us. There were clearly open seats they could have sat us at quickly without an issue since it is a buffet. However, they waited until the manager got my number into the computer system to assign a seat. Which would of been ok if it did not take them like 5-10 minutes of standing there with 5 servers standing around that could of attended to us instead of all separately informing us they will be right with us. I am gluten free and vegan, so I got the lunch salad bar only option. The salad was good with lots of vegetables. The signs could have told ingredients inside the dishes in the hot bar or allergy warnings at least. The hot items on the salad bar were ok, but could have been better. The rice was a bit crunchy and not in a good way. The beans could have been better, and I found out after I ate them that they were not gluten free or vegan. The beans are cooked with meat products/Worcester sauce that has anchovies in it. In addition, the sautéed mushrooms have milk & gluten which is ridiculous. There is no need for either of those things to be in sautéed mushrooms. I really should have looked more closely at the allergy menu before eating here. My stomach was off for almost a week after this meal, and now I know why. Overall the food had good flavor and the veggies were fresh on the salad bar. They missed the mark on not providing allergy warnings on the signs, crunchy rice, having milk/gluten in items that usually don’t, and unusual waiting to be seated when it’s a buffet. They also state on website to ask for pineapple dessert that’s roasted, but they claim no dessert is included in the buffet price. They also said the pineapple on the buffet was the roasted pineapple, but it did not seem roasted.

me and my husbands first experience was last night. we came out to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. this will definitely be our last time coming. the food tasted like something you could get at any buffet. there was barely any meat being brought and when it was the only thing they were bringing was flank stake. we then asked for more chicken and was brought one little bacon rapped chicken. the mashed potatoes they give you were cold both times we received them. the only good thing about our experience was our server adrian. she was amazing!! but for $130 it was definitely not worth it.

Steak was amazing, especially if you eat it medium rare. You’re honestly weird if you get anything past medium. Salad bar was good, honestly more of a variety bar.

We have a variety of food. We do not eat pork so that I cannot speak about it. We should have checked the prices for the buffet overpriced and unaware of One flat price and you may not eat your choice or one of a smaller portion. Waiters continue to skip our table With The types of meat. I had a good waiter, but the other service was crap. I have ate all over the world in and out of this country and it was not one thing that was spectacular about this place. I even tried to desert to make sure that I give it accurate review and I was not impressed with it either. Unless you have nothing to do but eat there find somewhere else to eat perhaps a café and later go somewhere that’s known where you can enjoy. My opinion do not go with large crowds. Your bill will be $500-700. You have the truth have fun and thanks for reading this.
