At least it’s quiet there. Thr human contact is minimal. You can pay with cash and still not need a human. Soon there will be a conveyor belt with your food delivered to the lobby that way.

So like usual when going to this McDonalds I know to check my food because they always forget something in my order literally every time well this time it was apple slices in my kids happy meal so I thought I get home low and behold not only did they forget the apple slices but they forgot the chicken nuggets in my child happy meal how do you forget the kids stuff like that and this is every time I go there something is missing just unbelievable

The restaurant itself is fine, but the APP experience is atrocious. They app believes breakfast is at 11 PM? It will not let you order what they are serving at night, and insists you buy breakfast. If you manually shift to dinner, it cancels your order. Ridiculous. How can a massively rich and worldwide corporation have an APP that mistakes AM and PM? So stupid

You will always have an extended wait time, if you go into restaurant to order good luck finding any staff. If you go through the drive through you will always be told to pull around “we are still waiting for your food” and they have no incentive to actually make this fast food be fast.

The food was ok once I got to eat it. They forgot me daughter’s milk, so I had to stand at the counter 15 minutes before I got someone to acknowledge me. I realized (when I got back to the table) that they forgot my McChicken too. I had to go back to the counter and stand another 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, a girl walks over and asked me what I wanted. I told her, she went to the back and then I saw her walk out the door. Evidently, she didn’t let anyone else know about the order. There was a couple standing there, and they said they had been waiting for 20 minutes for their meal. I stopped another girl after about 10 minutes to check the status and that was when I found the sandwich had not been placed. Needless to say… I was not happy with the service at all.
This is happening more and more at McDonald’s. I’ve always preferred them but I’m thinking now we just won’t be back, we’ll go to Burger King or Wendy’s as the service is better.

Many people waiting in lobby for food and all were upset from waiting a long time. No employee asks what people are waiting on or if they have been helped. People waiting at register to order. They quickly come from back with an order, call out number, then dissappear to the back again ignoring customers that are trying to get their attention. Waited 20 min, to find out my Uber order had been ready the whole time. They never called it out. It also smells like sewage in there.

All the people going between Tampa and Orlando and this is what this store is? Absolutely sad state of affairs – where are the brand standards ? STAY AWAY. Long wait, store not clean. Go to the Chick Fil A up the road – find a Burger King a couple exits down – anywhere but this store will be guaranteed to be better. Visited on 11/23 at about 1:09 pm.

My boyfriend ordered nuggets fries with a sprite and bbq sauce. I tried using my code to get a mcflurry and they said that they didn’t have ice cream. But the main issue was that there was no sauce in the bag when he got home. This location has an issue with putting sauce in the bag and if you ask for it they insist you pay even though you didn’t get anything. The location on James L redman is much better than this one.

Food took 20 minutes in the dining to receive. Staff not at all courteous and I had to go ask for dipping sauces which were on receipt but didn’t come with the food. They focus on drive through which is quite busy. Also a sewer like odor inside. Best advice is to is drivethrough or better yet, find the next exit with a McDonalds.
