I had stopped visiting Logan’s because of the customer service I received from the Servers, But today, when I walked in, it was like a breath of fresh air Not only was the food phenomenal, my server was just as fabulous. She approached the table with a smile, she smelled nice, she was very engaging, and she was patient with me as I asked her about all the things that they had on the menu, lol because I usually take home some meals to eat for the week when I go to restaurants like this. When I asked her for a refill, she didn’t have an attitude, when I asked her for extra lettuce for my salad she didn’t have an attitude, it’s like night and day on this visit from my previous one. Her name was “Celena” If you’re ever in the area request her ,because It will intensify a great experience. I promise you. I’m really happy with my service today 10 out of 10. VERY PROFESSIONAL Finally, Great customer service where food is reasonable and the quantity matches the price✨✨

Stopped into Logan’s Roadhouse for a bite and ordered the Roadhouse Smokehouse Platter. Service was excellent and the food came out quickly and perfectly prepared. The ribs were a standout — surprisingly delicious, even though the menu listed them as fried. The BBQ quarter chicken was juicy and tender, and the side salad was fresh and satisfying.
Shyanne behind the bar delivered truly top-notch service — friendly, attentive, and on point throughout the meal. Overall, a solid 4-star dining experience elevated to 5-star service.

My first time here and honestly I will not go back. I ordered a salmon with shrimps and it came with mash potatoes and broccoli. Took a few bites of my salmon and something wasn’t it right when I got inside my salmon it was raw. I called the waitress and explained I no longer wanted my food to remove the plate but before she did I showed her my salmon she took it so the cookers can see and removed it from my receipt.. the fact that no one came out to apologize i waited for my family to finish dinner so I can stop somewhere to buy myself food.but I will say the environment is nice it gives Texas Roadhouse and I love that. Also my waitress was very nice.

Theron was an awesome bartender—friendly, attentive, and on point with the drinks. He absolutely deserves 5 stars on his own! The food came out fresh and piping hot, and everything tasted delicious. I highly recommend trying the Rancher Rita—it’s crisp, refreshing, and hit the spot on a hot summer evening.
My only (small) complaint is that my to-go order was missing the crispy onions, which was a bit of a letdown I’ll update my stars when I get my crispy onions

The food was great and delicious. But the waitress was awful kept just leaving the table for a while that was no biggy I’ve had worse. But the thing that really ticked me off is that she gave me the bill for 51$ and left so we thought we had to pay upfront so we go upfront and got ringed up and the cashier went and got her and she changed the bill to 57$ idk if she thought I wouldn’t tip her but she definitely tried to sneak in two tips I definitely will not go back unfortunate because this is the only affordable steak house with in 1 hour.

I’ve just had the most amazing experience at Logan’s on Thompson Lane! Fantaicia is “Top Notch”, ensuring that the food was fresh, hot, and received the a timely manner. Fantaicia, checked on me frequently all while tending to her other guest’s/customers. Lastly, Fantaicia is friendly, approachable, and goes out of way to make sure that you have a memorable experience!

Brought my daughter here for a later dinner. I ordered a medium ribeye meal and she got just an appetizer and dessert. I was sure Logan’s is supposed to be a decent steakhouse, but I was sorely mistaken and very disappointed.
Pros:
1. Our server was friendly until I received my steak and commented on its weird shape, which she observed as well. After that, the vibe was off, which leads to Con #3 below.
2. Apparently the banana pudding and potato skins were ok. The ranch was good.
Cons:
1. My ribeye came out looking like a Frankenstein steak. Not only did it look crazy, but half was well done and the other half blue rare. I’ll eat rare but that was even too rare for me. I hope I don’t get sick from how undercooked it was before I gave up trying to eat it.
2. It was so cold in there!! A girl behind me literally had a jacket wrapped around her. I typically run very hot so it had to be absolutely freezing for me to actually be cold.
3. After the server’s vibe changed, I’m sure it’s because she thought I’d turn into a Karen or tip less. I didn’t complain and I still tipped well; however, she could have tried to make it right once she concurred it looked awful.
Overall, I left feeling so disappointed and bummed that I just wasted $60+ on that meal and piece of meat that should have never made it to my table. I would not recommend eating at this Logan’s.

Absolutely pleased with our service! Our server Chris T was incredibly down to earth and so on top of everything. Chris’s kind demeanor brings a great vibe to the atmosphere. My husband got the Felix burger and absolutely loved it! I ordered the Surf and Turf trio and the crab cakes are absolutely to die for! The blueberry cobbler was perfect. If you come here I don’t think you’ll be disappointed and hopefully you get Chris T as your server! THANK YOU CHRIS!

Pretty MID experience. Food was okay, not great. The baked potato was not warmed fully; felt microwaved. The salmon was way over cooked- almost tasted like grilled chicken. Salad and the shrimp were good. Service was slow.
