Unable to rate food. Price of a sandwich? And if they are observing Nat’l Coffee Day. I’m on foot. 1 direction, Takes 999 aprox steps & cross a busy intersection in this heat. Maybe closer to 6:30? 15 ringy dingys @ 5pm no answer!

Friendly and cozy atmosphere. Quick trip in and out. Caramel cooler I highly recommend. They were out of game egg and cheese sandwiches but the sausage sandwich was a good option. We will visit again!

This Caribou has the friendliest staff. We don’t live in Cedar Falls, but we babysit grandkids every few weeks. And the staff always remember me from one time to the next. That’s more meaningful than anything!

Nice, clean shop attached to a Hy-Vee market. Appeared to be only one person working to include the drive through. Service was quick. The individual wasn’t unfriendly, but not friendly either. She seemed preoccupied. Coffee was marginal, not the same deliciousness I have gotten before at other Caribou stores. I still recommend Caribou and would give it another try based on previous purchases.

Great food and beverages. Be prepared to wait awhile if you are not there to order when they are not busy as they don’t have much staff working and crafted drinks take time to make properly. It was worth the wait (as long as you have 15 to 20 minutes to spare) You have to stay on top of who ordered before you to make sure you don’t grab an order that is not yours but ordered the same thing. They could benefit from getting names for orders or giving out numbers. Everyone was confused about which orders belonged to who.

Caribou is my go to coffee shop. Coffee is excellent and I order a sausage,egg and cheese biscuit. Wished they still put them on a plate not in a wrapper, but oh welll times are changing.
