Liv, Ariel & Haylee at the bar took phenomenal care of us during our visit! The Shotgun Shrimp appetizer was so good I could’ve order 4! The Patriot Burger was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious and the shrimp tacos were so mouthwateringly incredible! And don’t even get me started on the fire fries-these need to be available everywhere! Their top shelf Don Julio Margarita was as perfect as it could have been!

I am updating my review. Hope from Bubbas reached out to me and insisted on not only making things right but she also wanted to make sure it didn’t happen again in the future. Since the bag of burgers deal is new, not everyone was on the same page of how it was to be prepared so she made sure to update the staff on the proper preparation. Hope took responsibility and is a great asset to the Bubba’s 33 team. Thank you Hope. ☺️
Made a pick up order for the bag of 6 cheeses burgers at the Longview, Texas location. When I got it home and took one out I discovered they were all meat and cheese only. NO tomatoes, lettuce, onions, or sauce. There wasn’t any side pickles but didn’t care about that. Someone needs to take responsibility in the kitchen to make sure all orders are correct. I live in Marshall so couldn’t just run back up there.

First time going. My boyfriend and I wanted to try a little of everything and ordered accordingly, knowing we would be taking some home. We were also celebrating my birthday early. When one of the servers brought out food he was very rude commenting on the amount we had and if we still had food coming. I just found this behavior to be not needed and or wanted. It was loud in there but it went with the territory I suppose. The food was delicious. Everything we tried was good.

This was our first visit ever to a Bubba’s 33. We decided to dine here after seeing the great reviews. The food here was so good! We tried the California Chicken and the Chicken tenders. Both dishes were served in abundance, hot and worth every bite. Just as good as the food was the fantastic service we received from JJ, Brooke and Manager, Lisa. If you find yourself passing through Longview, don’t miss this gem for some really tasty food and a fun atmosphere!

The food is great!! The lasagna was amazing and my friends cheeseburger was the best we had ever had. It is really loud in the restaurant and was sensory overload with the tv’s everywhere and you can’t hear the person talking in front of you. Our server was polite. I’ll be back to try more!

My daughter and I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We ordered the shotgun shrimp and it is so good. Very unique flavor. My daughter ordered the cheese pizza and I had the lasagna. The food was fresh and hot. Our waiter was very attentive to us and refilled our drinks often. Highly recommend. The atmosphere is really great.

Excellent service, waitress, and floor manager were both very attentive. The food was amazing, and we ate way too much. Nice variety and selection in both meals and drinks. We live in AZ, so I’m not sure if we’ll be back to this location, but we highly recommend it. We had the combo appetizer, and the wings had the shotgun sauce… very good, and the Stromboli and the sunshine burger with loaded tater tots. Make sure to get the Bubba sauce.

We moved to longview about two month’s ago, and one of the first places we tried was bubba’s. We’ve been 3 or 4 times since, and everytime is as good as the last. Service is quick, staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food is never cold or even lukewarm. We had a manager come out and greet us at our table the first time, and she has remembered us every time since. The beer is always ice cold too, i should mention.
The vibe is absolutely amazing too, it feels like the people there genuinely love their job, and the place is always lively when we go in. I very much recommend their fire fries and their spinach dip, both are phenomenal.

Went to Bubbas for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Party of 3 and we were all first timers. Place was busy but we were greeted immediately and was able to be seated right away. Nice atmosphere with music and TVs all around. Seems to be a great spot with locals and is well supported by them. Server was great and took good care of us. When they found out we were all first time customers, the manager came to our table and greeted us and expressed appreciation for our business and was glad we decided to come try the restaurant. We were given cups, coupons, and take home menus as a first time customer gift. When our food was ready, the front of house supervisor or kitchen supervisor (didn’t catch what her position was) brought out our food and thanked us for our business again and spoke with us for a few minutes as well. She also brought out extra sauce she made herself when she found out we liked certain flavors. 3 people with appetizers, alcohol, and entrees, and the price was very reasonable. We could not have asked for a better first time experience and we will definitely return.

First time here and I see why it stays packed at these locations. We were sitted fast. Hostess nice. Our waitress Melissa was attentive suggested some foods kept drinks filled . Food was hot fresh and good tasting plenty of flavor. The Philly is amazing definitely the best I have had in along time. Full of flavor. Fire fries are good but if u dont like spicy or cant handle hot food dont get them . Sunshine burger was huge my husband enjoyed it . Atmosphere was good. Music playing plenty of things to watch on TV and plenty of things to look at. Carlos came by checked on us. Will love to go back soon.
