I understand if you don’t like your job, but if you don’t like where you work, you should probably go and find other means of gain for employment. My McChicken sandwich was at least three days old. The patty was tough as rubber. Hardly any mayonnaise probably will never return to this location and looking at the other reviews I should’ve looked before I came.

Used the McDonald’s app for table service as I am having some issues walking and standing having this option at McDonald’s is a great idea till I watch able body and younger customers get served at the table as I was not , don’t know why they did not give me table service, but had difficulty walking to counter as they called out my order number 3 times.
Poor service but decent bathrooms , As the food was not hot but lukewarm as the hash browns were cold. It was not busy as I have been at McDonald’s when busy and usually the service and food is good .

We got our debit card stuck in the weirdest place today as we ordered our food. We were so tired, passing through from out of state. It was 100% our fault but they were so sweet and helped us get the card out, all the food was made perfectly, the restaurant was beautiful and clean, bathrooms were nice and clean and customer service was out of this world. You can tell they work well together as a team, they really saved us tonight, as we are on a tight time crunch. Thank you Lordsburg McDonald’s, y’all were real heroes tonight ❤️

We came in at 10:30pm for some nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers. We simply asked for the nuggets fresh because usually they sit there for hours. The manager Denise denied us fresh nuggets saying they aren’t going back into the freezer after they were already put away. We understand it’s late and they want to go home but it takes not even 5 minutes to get them out of the freezer and drop them. We went in for a refund and received rude looks and comments. All we wanted were fresh nuggets opposed to stale crusty ones that are old. Will not be going back. Denise is a manager that is unacceptable service.

Toilets in the women’s bathrooms have clearly not been cleaned in a while. Restaurant itself looks well maintained. I like the tables outdoors because it can get a bit cold inside.
