Made a reservation for a friend’s birthday dinner. We were seated quickly. Our waiter, Christopher S. was Awesome. Really made my friend feel extra special while being attentive but not annoying!!! Also hear him giving the same great service to his other tables!! Great food, great atmosphere!!! Had the Lobster Flatbread abd the Shrimp trio!!! Yum

Jaquie was truly the best server we’ve ever had out to dinner. She was friendly, personable, attentive, funny, and quick! She took great care of us and made our dinner out an enjoyable experience.
We had a party of 7. The food was ok-to good based on everyone’s opinions. I’m not the biggest fan of seafood but my family enjoyed the fish, crab and shrimp. TBH I ordered steak medium and it came out well done, so it wasn’t very good, but I never really expect steak to be great at restaurants. Dessert was great!
The booth needed repair (reason why we took one off for atmosphere. But everything was clean.

The Shrimp Trio pasta was so salty I’m convinced Red Lobster is trying to preserve me for the afterlife. Then my Admiral’s Feast arrived with a hair garnish. I didn’t know they offered chef’s DNA sampler on the menu.

Thankfully, our server was a rockstar. Super nice, quick to fix everything, and honestly the only reason I didn’t walk out. Five stars to the service, zero stars to the kitchen.

Well I gave them 72 hours to make right but evidently that was a lie from there manager as well as there employees we sat there for over a hour waiting for our food for the server to come out after 25 minutes of us placing the order and said idk what happened but the ticket didn’t print in the back I re put in for your order it will be up shortly I had the manager put a rush to get it to the front of the line mind you the place wasn’t super busy but when you and your wife get to go out for the first time in 6 months and eat where it’s suppose to be considered a fine eatting esablisment I def didn’t think none of this would happen so then another 45 minutes goes by and at that point we had enough asked for the manager he swears he doesn’t know how it happened apologized up and down but the took my name email and phone number said he would contact his manager and do whatever he can to make it right tried to make it seem like he cared clearly not no one has reached out no one had emailed at all and by the time we sat there and wasted 1.5 hours total time to not even eat the rest of the night was just ruined thanks redlobster for being everything but a fine eatting esablisment and for not honoring or being loyal to your loyal customers we have a family of seven and typically eat here 6 to 7 times a year so disappointing

I had a great time. Kamsy our waiter was excellent. Very informative about the menu and really pleasant to talk to. He made sure he checked on us and we had what we needed. The manager Sierra was pleasant as well. She listen to us compliment Kamsy and she was very polite and had great customer service. Lastly, the staff on our way out everyone whether they came out the kitchen, in the hallway or the greeter said ” Have a great night and be safe” I mean everyone we walked past. It shows that the management staff is doing something right with training the staff in customer service. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

I was here last Sunday, labor day weekend, dinner with my mom. I feel bad I forgot our servers name, she was a young girl with pretty nails and rings, she did such a lovely job, we took a long time to decide what we wanted and she was so patient and sweet. She and another server even sang me happy birthday when they brought dessert, it was very sweet. The food was excellent as always but it was the above and beyond service that made our night so sweet and lovely. Thank you ladies

The Mom
We stopped at the Westland Red Lobster after a long day of moving our aunt into assisted living, and it ended up being the perfect place to catch our breath. We hadn’t eaten all day, and even though we had someone in a wheelchair, the wait was incredibly short—less than five minutes.

Our group ordered a little bit of everything: fish and chips, a couple of steaks, the shrimp platter, and surf & turf. We also got mozzarella sticks and stuffed mushrooms to start, and they came out quickly with our drinks. Everything was hot, fresh, and honestly just delicious. Even the biscuits were perfect—warm, soft, and straight out of the oven.

Our server, Jamyah, was outstanding. She was kind, patient, and attentive without ever hovering. She made what was already a good meal even better.

All around, a great experience. We were exhausted when we walked in, but we left full, happy, and grateful. Highly recommend this location!

WARNING: the ultimate feast price is deceiving. Red Lobster leaves out the $ sign so you don’t know you’re paying an extra $5 for the “create your own ultimate feast”.
They use bag lettuce so it taste like chemicals and the ranch dressing is store bought not house made. Prices for the lunch specials have doubled. I used to go once a week, I only go once every 6 months. But after today, they lost me for good.
