My only complaint about Olive Garden and it seems to be pretty common amongst all of them is if you ask for a to-go soup they bring you this large sized to go soup containers but only fill it up maybe 20%
I could see this being common protocol so people aren’t abusing the system but they should have some flexibility on this because I never asked for a 2nd soup while dining in even tho i had all i can eat soup. So a to go one should not be only 20% full
I can’t recommend
If you’re in the mood for Olive Garden go for it if you’ve never been maybe try somewhere else…. the chicken parmesan salad breadsticks and soup taste it like they did 20-something years ago..
The Highlight to the dinner they give you an a chocolate mint
The food was delicious as always and I ordered an Italian margarita which blew my mind.
I had ordered the stuff chicken Marsala. Since I’m not a big potato fan I asked if they could substitute it with pasta, and they were happy to accommodate.
I’ve been to several Olive Gardens but the one in Mesa is hands down the best.
Marsala. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The mashed potatoes were dry and pasty. There was no gravy and I couldn’t figure out what the stuffing was. The chicken? It was rubbery and gave me the impression it was pressed together…
I have had very positive experiences in Olive Garden in the past and thought you should know about this entre.
I wish it was a better review. But that’s what I experienced.
