Came here for lunch with my husband. I got the grilled chicken salad with ranch and it was so good. I absolutely love the cheddar biscuits. They are amazing too! The food was great and so was the service. Definitely recommend this one.

Glad to see Red Lobster make improvements to food, prices and service! It was nice to see so many families celebrating something special and choosing Red Lobster over so many choices. Definitely would be back! The only one feedback is that they Definitely need to shampoo their carpet to the front of the restaurant…you smell it as soon as you walk in and its a little off putting. Thank you Margaret for going above and beyond and making not only us but all those around us so welcomed. We appreciated the extra attention with a smile!

Tulsa Location: I always try to be fair in my evaluation of a place. I haven’t been to Red Lobster in a long time. I was hesitant but we went on a Sunday evening. First, I knew they had a new CEO so I was hopeful for a new, revamped restaurant. First we were somewhat greeted by the host, he wasn’t rude but he also wasn’t very friendly and didn’t smile. I’m expecting a “Chick-fil-A” type greeting. Anyway, no big deal. We were seated and they maybe had 4-5 other tables with people. Our waitress was Amazing. She was very attentive and did an excellent job. She apologized several times during our time there about the wait for our appetizer and for our food. We ordered Clam chowder as the appetizer. It was good BUT room temp, just barely warm. Of course the biscuits were still the same, delicious! Everything was good but hardly seasoned. It took way too long to receive our food, Especially since no one was even there. We were shocked because we remembered the days when you had to wait on a table and the place was packed. It doesn’t feel updated at all. It was clean because no one was there. Remember this is a SUNDAY EVENING. It was too overpriced. There is no way a family of 4 can afford to eat there for $133+$30tip=$163 , our total. So we were disappointed and sad to see the parking lot so empty. I feel sorry for the wait staff because I don’t know how they can make any money when no one is coming to eat there. I’m still beating myself up for this dinner But it was a birthday dinner so it was still enjoyable.

We had previously come to this Red Lobster memorial in Tulsa and unfortunately walked out due to very poor service. We decided to give it another chance—and we are SO glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and kind.

Our server, Margaret, was absolutely amazing and truly made the experience. She was patient, attentive, and had such a great attitude. We were out day drinking and having fun, and she (along with the rest of the staff) played right along with us and made the atmosphere even better.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall experience completely turned things around for us. Huge shoutout to Margaret and the team for showing us what great hospitality looks like. We will definitely be back!

Our food was served tepid in temperature and plated poorly. The cheddar biscuits were served fresh and hot but I felt everything else was subpar in taste and temperature. The stuffed mushrooms tasted fishy, with the mushrooms being rubbery in texture (old) definitely past there use date and not firm in texture at all. The rice pilaf served with the salmon was barely warm with the salmon being tasteless, had it been hot we could have overlooked the lack of seasoning. The meal fell far short for me after after all the hype of rebranding and improved quality. I was looking for new and improved after a long hiatus for me from Red Lobster. Yes, and ice tea served from a dirty pot is cloudy with sediment not freshly made but recycled and mixed with yesterday’s (my opinion). Our server was very kind and attentive and we tipped them well. The building itself needs to be shown some love. (No shades on the windows that were greasy with finger prints). I was greatly disappointed at the price point we were charged and I think I’m in for a long hiatus again.

The Lobster is back. Back to its old glory, like in the old days of endless shrimp? Probably not. It never was a five-star restaurant, but I have enjoyed some damn good meals there, and ate way too many of those cheddar biscuits. Usually, a special occasion brought us in for a plate of fish, shrimp and my favorite the snow crab.

Inside the furnishings and décor look the same as they did 10 years ago. The menu seems smaller and some of the prices for the favorite platters are breathtaking. Everything everywhere costs more now. Seafood is a premium. I went for it with the grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon platter. A wallet buster at $38.99. No matter, I’m having it. Along with the fish you have a choice of two sides. The salmon was a generous slab of fresh mild tasting fish. The best item on the plate. The lobster small, the shrimp average and both covered with a seasoned melted butter. My wife had the Cesar Salad and the Chowder. The salad was large, fresh, mixed with tasty dressing and large flakes of parmesan cheese. The salad along with the thick creamy chowder made for a filling meal. She couldn’t finish it.

The service from Luis R was excellent. Attentive and friendly.

The Red Lobster rewind faces a strong head wind. Nearly every restaurant and fast-food joint now sells fried shrimp and French fries. That, combined high seafood prices and American’s shift to a preference for cheap greasy chicken wings is going to challenge their recovery. If you are thinking about a nostalgic visit to the iconic Red Lobster, better hurry before the ship sails for the last time.
