We ordered appetizers first, and they brought the food without giving us plates. We were just sitting there looking at the food until they brought the crockery later. It was uncomfortable and didn’t make sense.
After 10–20 minutes, we ordered our mains. We only ordered dal, naan, and one paneer dish. Nothing special. But we had to wait more than an hour for the food. When we asked, they said other tables had ordered the same dishes. I understand restaurants get busy, but waiting that long for simple food was too much.
One of the naans was also burnt.
The food itself was okay, nothing extraordinary and definitely not worth the long wait.
The only good part was our server. He was very sweet and tried to help us, which I really appreciated.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
2. Food , Chilli panner was really good
Crispy corn was good but bit salty.
Masala dosa – dosa patter was more flour mixed and too salty ,very hard to eat. For dosa Plat was small.
Lacha paratha oily and burned crispy couldn’t eat.
We mentioned earlier food is salty and they made panner butter Masala perfect taste
Atmosphere is good but while we’re eating one of the services girl spray Lysol behind us and couldn’t stand smell of it. Too bad I’ve to leave earlier. They could avoid small things like this.
The lentils are very delicious and surly will go with that if I go again but the other fusion items needs lots of improvement.
We ordered Chef’s special was average and sauggy, Dosa Chaos was really good.
Idli sambhar was good.
Best was sizzling brownie with icecream
Its a bit pricey per quantity.
After that, we decided to switch and ordered Dal Tadka with Jeera Rice instead. The dal was just okay !!!! nothing special and the rice, as you can see in the photo, didn’t even look like Jeera Rice. It looked more like plain steamed rice, with barely any jeera (cumin) in it.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with the food here. The second-last visit also left us disappointed.
To be fair, the South Indian food here is generally good ,,,but when it comes to Punjabi cuisine, the quality just doesn’t match up.
Also, we asked to speak to the manager about our experience. The staff said the manager was inside the kitchen and couldn’t come out to talk. This lack of accountability was frustrating, especially given the repeated issues.
We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to both the food quality and customer service ..especially when customers raise genuine concerns.
