I gave this accountant $30 cash to fill up my gas tank, and foolishly, I didn’t ask for a receipt. I trusted him like the other employees, but he stole $5 from me and only gave me $25. When I went back to him, he said, “You gave me $25.” I advise you to ask for a receipt for every transaction here.

Had an order mistake this morning where an online order didn’t make it through to the store’s system. Went to the counter and had to wait 5+ minutes for help because the CSR at the coffee counter, Kevin, was busy having a personal conversation with someone, and when he was done he walked away from the counter and the several people waiting for help; one of the baristas had to come over and help figure things out.
Everyone else was very helpful. We had a manager, a blonde woman whose name I don’t remember, come out and help figure out what was going on with the order. She was great. Told her what was up with Kevin and based on her reaction it seems like that’s been a pattern with him.
Kevin – I’m a disabled vet too but let’s focus on work when we’re at work rather than explaining our disability ratings to random folks in the store.

This was one of the most horrible experiences at a WaWa location ever! I purchased a medium cup of soup and 2 foot long sandwiches. I had an order of about 40.00. I used my WaWa rewards and redeemed it for a cup of soup. The order was cancelled due to the wrong items being ordered. So when we rang everything up again, the gentleman and female says to me, “oh we already redeemed them and it’s unfortunate you never got your food but you don’t get your points back either!” Not ACCEPTABLE! Please do better! On a cup of soup, like really?????!!!!!! I will never shop at this Wawa again! This is usually my daughter and I go to location and we spend probably 300.00 a month in gas and wawa runs! That stops NOW! I’m all about customer service and I was treated horribly!

I’m in Wawa a lot and my experience is different from each store. The staff here really works hard and try and provide great service. We can’t please everyone and things do happen. And yes you do come across that person that don’t want to work and provide bad service. But over all the staff that I have dealt with have always stepped up. Cat, Regan, MeMe, Ms Kim, Kevin, if I didn’t mention you it’s probably because I don’t remember your name right now. I can always edit later. lol. Hey I don’t lie. Keep it 100. This morning I placed an online order and was waiting to pick it up from the desk, Kevin was having a 5-10 minute personal conversation with another customer and ignored me and another man also waiting for an order, we got help from a very nice blond girl who took care of everything asap but Kevin was rude and purposely ignoring customers even after ending his personal conversation.

Recently renovated. Really clean and nice place to stop at compared to alot of gas stations. There bathrooms are clean. If your not there at a peak hour you tend to get your orders pretty fast. They have hoagie and specialty made drinks sells quite often. I have not had any problems with the staff. Only real issue is the air pump. They only have one and its usually backed up.
UPDATE: Recently I have been running into the issue of my drinks being made wrong all the time. One example is I got a drink today (salted Carmel latte with a shot of exspesso) I got a hot cup of milk….. After how many times they have messed up my drink order here I would learn to taste it before I leave. So if you get drink make sure to taste I before you leave so you know it’s right. Down grading to 2 stars for how many times this has happen.

You can order food but I stopped to use the bathroom and picked up a snack. The restroom was clean and checked out quickly. There was a short line for those waiting on their meals.

I work right down the street so I run here for gas or food often. Always in and out quickly. The food for a gas station would surprise you as it’s more like a nice deli. The food always tastes amazing. Manny healthy choices and the breakfast is the shit! I get gas with the Wawa app and don’t have to swipe my card to get any info stolen. Plus when you purchase gas or food you get points and most times I get .15¢ off a gallon. If you do a food order you can put in what pump or parking spot number in the app and they bring your food to you while you pump.

This particular Wawa has a couple interesting characters for employees who really brighten up my crew and I’s lunch break. Kevin is one of them. Always greeting everyone in some southern friendly kind of way. The bathrooms are always kept up which is a nice change of pace. The deli seems to be on point and they handle the lunch rush with relative ease. The beer options are nice because they have both singles and a walk in with cubes and six packs. This isn’t always the case and an annoying aspect to other locations. All in all this is a great place for a break or quick stop-in.
